Ordered 4 Christmas boxes with Mr.Candy on 21st of November. After emailing twice about the order on 11th and 16th Dec we finally received it on 20th. The contents were shocking, there were only 8 treats in each box and the sizes were shocking. They were promising 12-14 treats in each box and the size of the box on the website does not match what came in the post, false advertising.

We ordered with Mr. Candy last year and the box was twice the size than what we got this year and it had plenty of treats inside. We definitely won't ever be buying from them again!
I emailed them about it to give them a chance to redeem themselves, but they never responded since.

AVOID AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I don’t normally write reviews and definitely not negative ones. I order 3 boxes from this company at the end of November 2023 for my children for Christmas. These were not delivered and even though I have sent numerous emails there’s has been no response from this company and no refund. It’s a shame as it’s an Irish company but please be aware if you are thinking of using them. Order no 53405

Horrible people ordered 3 boxes end of November not a thing from them. I have been mailing them but just ignored....They were told it was Santa gifts but they obviously couldn't care less....Robbers stay away from them. Would be no stars if I could give it

Ordered a Christmas Mystery Box from this company on Dec. 8th 2023. Never received any goods from them. Contacted them on multiple occasions but never received a response. Money has been taken and no good provided. AVOID THESE THIEVES!

Still waiting on order 53593 from 1st December. Given 2 different dates, last one 28/29 December. No reply to my numerous messages. Can't understand how others are delighted with their order, which were ordered after me. This company is 54km from me, 45 minute journey. Shocking way to treat customers. Order confirmation given in minutes and payment taken also. Very disappointed.

I would never and I mean never buy another thing from these again , they took almost a month for delivery , it finally came and the order was wrong , complete waste of money stay away and save your money 👍🏼

Order a “Christmas” mystery box on the 7th of December for a Christmas gift, it’s now the 2nd of January and nothing has even been shipped for it yet, I have emailed a few times and no reply, would not recommend using this company if you are expecting a quick delivery, or if you are expecting any sort of a customer service, shockingly bad

Ordered 4 Christmas Mystery Boxes on 5th December and have not received them. Numerous emails and messages have been ignored. Terrible customer service and service in general. Very annoying as I have used this business before and was happy.

I ordered 4 Christmas boxes on the 7th December. I emailed several times, I received 1 response on the 17th December to say delivery was delayed and all deliveries would be dispatched in 1 to 2 days. It is now December 31st and I have no further response to mails and no delivery. Scammed out of almost €90.

I have to add to the other reviews here re lack of delivery for Christmas. Ordered 2 mystery Christmas boxes on 9 Dec, still no sign as of today (30 Dec).

Managed to contact them through Instagram on 23 Dec and was advised I'd have it by 28/29 Dec. Still nothing.

Really poor service and now uncontactable for an update.

I ordered €60 worth of product on the 9th of December hoping to get them in time for Christmas but they still haven’t come on the 31st and I have had no response to my emails. Really dissatisfied as last time I used mr candy I was very satisfied.

Took a while to be delivered. When you order it would help if it gave a time frame for delivery.... products are always good and well worth the money...

Ok, I waited until today in the vain hope that a Christmas miracle might happen and the 2 Mystery boxes I ordered on 5 Dec might appear.
Nothing. Not even a courtesy reply to my emails.
We had been a satisfied customer up to this but never again.
How could a company do this at Christmas? Even a note on your website, most people are reasonable when you are truthful, but complete silence as you continue to sell and take our money??
Shame on you.

I ordered 6 mystery Christmas boxes and 1 mystery candy box for presents, though dispatch took a while due to the busy Xmas period, every single box came loaded with goodies, they are well worth the money… I look forward to shopping with MrCandy again in the future!!

Fastest delivery ever product was brilliant good variety of stuff very well liked

I ordered 2 Christmas boxes in a special.offer buy one get the 2nd half price. I have ordered off Mr Candy before and am always happy. There was a bit of delay in getting them this year because of Black Friday. I contacted the company and they were very helpful apologising for the delay which is understandable with the volume of orders. They assured me they would be dispatched and told me when. As promised my Christmas boxes arrived when I was told. I was delighted with them. They are great value and full of great treats inside. My two teenagers will be delighted with them. Thanks Mr Candy.

Ordered on 3rd of december and still not arrived i would have swam to china and back at this rate. Extremley dissapointed with lack of communication about delivery times. Ive asked for refund but nothing acknowledged yet.

Ordered on the 17th of December and still have not got any update as of yet!! I have sent about 4 emails enquiring about an update for my order still no reply. This is absolutely poor customer service. Not happy one bit. Order number is: 54170
