I have been trying to log into my Mr
I have been trying to log into my Mr. Cooper account for days with no success. Their system has been down, and I later discovered they were fully aware of the outage, yet continued charging late fees anyway. That is completely unacceptable.
This is not just an inconvenience—it directly affects customers’ finances and credit. If a company’s own system prevents payment, the customer should never be penalized for it. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is shocking for a mortgage company of this size.
Customer service has been useless, offering no real solutions, no clear timeline, and no accountability for fees charged during their own system failure. This feels negligent at best and predatory at worst.
I strongly warn anyone considering Mr. Cooper to think twice. A mortgage company should be reliable, accessible, and fair—Mr. Cooper is none of those.
