Diamond provided truly outstanding service throughout my experience with Freedom Mortgage. She was compassionate, caring, and extremely patient from start to finish. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, never rushed the conversation, and made me feel valued as a customer.
What stood out most was her professionalism combined with genuine kindness. She explained everything clearly, gave thoughtful and helpful feedback, and made sure I fully understood my options. Diamond’s calm and supportive approach turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience.
She is an incredible representative of Freedom Mortgage, and I truly appreciate the excellent service she provided. Diamond went above and beyond, and I would rate her service a 10 out of 10.
