You will start to win on a slot and then a message saying internal server error will pop up, kick you out of the game and when you go back in the game it will destroy your balance - happens multiple times on loads of slots but only if you’re winning, you never get an internal server error message when you’re losing.

The worst site I have ever experienced. Lost my real stake and then received a free bet of £10. Couldn't place the free bet as it kept being rejected. Spoke on chat 4 times and never got this resolved. Ended up they removed my free bet and never got to use it. Avoid these criminals.

I only wish that I had read the reviews about this company before depositing money with them. I was attracted by the free bets offered to new customers. While depositing money with their site was easy I am still waiting for my withdrawal to appear in my bank account. Tried to place 5 singles on the golf this weekend... checked my bet slip and its added my 5 selections as a combo (or acca). Contacted support stating that the outcome is impossible (5 players to win one golf tournament)... didn't want to know at all! Advised its in their T&Cs that combo bets will be paid only if all 5 selections win... their system should not let you place these bets in the first instance. Erst locken Sie mit hohen Bonussen (die man nicht einmal abwählen kann), die man dann um ein VIELFACHES umsetzten muss. Die Slots sind so eingestellt, dass man erst einmal Gewinne macht, die man aber nicht auszahlen kann. Sobald man beinahe fertig damit ist die lächerlichen 7000!!!!!! € bei 100 Euro Einzahlung umzusetzen verliert man nur noch. ÜBER 1000 Spins! über 1000!!!! Spins habe ich keine Freispiele erhalten bis das Guthaben erschöpft war. Auch eine Auszahlung des eigenen ursprünglichen Guthabens war nicht möglich, da dies in "Bonus-Guthaben" umgewandelt wurde.
Danach eine weitere Einzahlung getätigt (100 €) welche auch zum gleichen Ergebnis führte -> NICHT EINMAL FREISPIELE.
Ich hoffe wirklich, dass den Betreibern das schlechteste widerfährt was Menschen widerfahren kann und wünschte ich hätte die Möglichkeit herauszufinden wer Sie sind (die Betreiber).

Mr Play gives off some serious "One man in his shed" vibes. Everything about the site is slow, slow, slow, it can take a few minutes before a bet is actually processed, a massive no-no in the world of live betting, it should not take more than 10 seconds.

Hello, so someone spent over £600 from my account, without my permission on this site. I’ve contacted them to report unauthorised transactions. Their response was to close the account (which is fine, I didn’t open the account anyway) and that they would get back to me about the transactions. They never have.
