A Scam! Avoid.

They promise a nice free bet as a welcome bonus, but they refuse to award the free bet, and insist you must take a worthless casino bonus instead. Needless to say this "bonus" comes with massive wagering requirements which make it almost impossible to win.
I'm addition they charge for deposits and withdrawals.
Avoid.

Was slightly concerned reading a lot of these reviews but I deposited and took a 100% sign up bonus. Managed to wager it and come out winning. Uploaded my documents beforehand which everyone should do before playing and received my winnings with no issue 48 hours later.

If I could rate it zero I would the only reason I am writing this is so no one else gets scammed out of there money, the site is a disgrace and there terms and conditions and clearly built to make it impossible to withdraw your money.

They have taken 5,911 euros and said it is dormant as I didn’t meet the wager requirements, as they automatically give you bonuses as soon as your register which means you then need to win 35 times that amount to withdraw your cash which I did but still they refused to give me my money.

I placed a horse race bet on the 22nd of January 2022 of which I won total amount 5,47.06 euros , I tried to withdraw the money and they declined and told me I didn’t meet the wager requirements, after speaking to them via chat as they don’t reply to emails and don’t have a call center they confirmed, to no surprise, I needed to play the live casino and wager a further 7,000 euros and after this I can withdraw any winnings because when you make a deposit they give you free casino bets ( I didn’t subscribe or ask for these free bets but agreed to make the wager), I then placed 7,000 euro on roulette, after this I tried to again make a withdrawal and it was declined and again stated I needed to wager 7000 euros, after speaking to the chat again they told me I had to wager the 7000 on one of there in house games, I agreed and wagered 7,000 euro on starburst (One of the recommended games) I wagered 7000 on it, By placing 70 one hundred euro spins on the 22nd of January, I also placed a horse racing bet which won and the next day I then requested to withdraw 7000 euro of which was pending for 2 days, they then emailed me and told me I needed to verify my account and asked me to send pictures of my debit card I used, proof of address and passport which I submitted, the following day I was told I needed to use a Muchbetter account to withdraw my cash so I canceled the pending wire transfer and requested the 7000 euro be sent by MuchBetter, only for them to email and say

“We would like to inform you that your current pending cashout has been declined.

As stated in our bonus policy: Bets placed on certain games will not count towards your wagering requirements. If the play bonus is wagered on any games that do not contribute to wagering, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of a player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal

Based on our terms, please note that the non-valid winnings has been voided and the original deposit have been placed back in your account”

I contacted there chat and explained all wager requirements were met, that I had wagered the 7,000 euros as they requested on Starburst to withdraw any winnings afterwards of which they confirmed would be possible, but of the 7000 euro they had made 5,911 of my winnings dormant and now my balance was 1100 of my original deposit and 5,911 euros removed from the balance.

I attached all screen shots which clearly stated if I play starburst and Wager 7000 I can then withdraw any winnings afterwards of which I done, but I was told on the chat numerous times I didn’t play the correct games, of which I sent the screen capture of them clearly confirming if I wagered 7000 euros on any of there in-house games including star burst I could then make a withdrawal, but I was again told I didn’t play the correct games, after some back and fourth and sending them screen shots of the chat along with proof I played starburst they said they would send it to another department and get back to me of which I’ve heard nothing, I have screen shots of the horse races I won, the chat of them confirming the wager requirements and games that I need to play, screen shots of the game I played (That they recommended) and clear proof I wagered the 7,000 euro.

A few days later they then sent me this

If player place bets on sport before the wagering requirements for the casino bonus have been met, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of a player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal.

We can see that you placed bets on Sport while having a bonus balance, which is a breach of the above terms.

So basically they added a 200 euro bonus which can only be used in the casino and because I lost the 200, I wasn’t entitled to my winnings on the horse race that I won, a complete and utter scam of a bookies, even with the winnings from the horse race I still wagered 7000 on there in house games but they refuse to pay, the site is built so punters will lose and it should be illegal it is a total scam

They have strict policies (like almost all casinos) but the customer support is very gentle and fast to solve any problems, After some days with problems I finally made my withdrawal. Congratulations for customer support team!

I would rate zero if I could. After losing a few grand on this site I realised that anytime I was i won anything I couldn't withdraw as I had wagering requirements.
Even if you don't opt in they automatically opt you in as that's what you sign up for. The wagering is unrealistic and you will never get through it without going bust and so you deposit again and get the same wagering requirements EVERY TIME.
It's a complete scam.
Not to mention the sports betting is awful. Theres no racing and the customer service have stolen the little money I had left in my account that didn't need wagering before they closed my account just for complaining about the wagering requirements.

I felt obliged to write a review due to all the bad comments on here. After seeing them I feared the worst when waiting on a withdrawal from mrplay however the withdrawal actually came through very quickly. I had a small issue where I kept getting bonuses activated on my account when I didn’t ask for them and when I went to withdraw some money I couldn’t because it said I had to fulfil wagering before I could withdraw. After speaking to customer service they advised me that bonuses are automatically given unless you chose to opt out which I think is a bit daft but in the end it was relatively straight forward to opt out of that and once I had done it I was able to withdraw from my balance. I played for a little longer after doing so and managed to put together a decent amount so went to withdraw. It says on the website that PayPal withdrawals are instant but as it was early hours of the morning I didn’t expect that so waited until the morning. There was no processing email so I contacted support again who said they were working through them and were very busy so it could take a few days but they were hoping to have it done by 3pm that day. That set alarm bells ringing but to be fair the money was in my account within a few hours so I can’t say fairer than that. Overall a few small issues but in general my experience with the site has been very good so would recommend 👍🏼

Wagering requirements were massive so I cancelled my bonus. They did pay out my winnings but it cost me to deposit and cost me to withdraw. Then it also rounded my winnings down so I did lose a few quid on withdrawals - that’s how they get you. A bit underhand.

No issues at All. Registered account last night. Deposited tena claimed sports offer welcome. Made only 15£ on sports then requested withdrawal to the bank card. The money was ready in my bank account the same day. I didn't have any issues with mrplay. Also verified from automated system wasn't ask to upload extra documentation. Happy with them. This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you.
