We booked an Auschwitz-Birkenau tour through Mr Shuttle, after reading numerous reviews. We chose 7am, with a confirmed time being given 24 hours before. We were picked up at 6:05. The driver was fantastic, explained everything well. We enjoyed the tour experience, our guide was so knowledgeable and empathic towards to sad circumstances. We paid a little bit extra to what we were given from other companies but chose Mr Shuttle for the guaranteed reviews. Many companies had been letting people down, which for me, I'd rather then pay that little extra.
Would definitely use again!

Cannot recommend MrShuttle enough! The drivers are first class with their knowledge & safe driving. Getting you door to door and being able to leave coats and bags on board whilst you visit the Salt mines, Auschwitz and Birkenau & the Zakopane' thermal spa. I especially thank Thomaz as I has a medical epispode on the bus on the way and he was so helpful & kind. Really appreciate his kindness.
Raphael was our tour guide/driver for Zakopane' and the knowledge was incredible we saw everything we wanted and more! Absolutley recommend going with MrShuttle, takes away the stress of working out how to get from one place to the next and you see more and the knowledge they have you wouldnt get doing it alone. Worth the extra few ££ for the ease and knowledge of the guides/drivers. They couldn't have made it easier for us. 2 long days absolutley worth it. Thank you Tomaz & Raphael we had a great time! Picked up outside our hotel at Sebastiana 12 today to vist the salt mines. Driver was polite, courteous and very jolly. Exchanged phone numbers for pick up and brought all passengers bottled water for the return trip. Can't remember his name, possibly Miguel 🤔 Anyhow great service

Booked airport shuttle and two trips with Mr Shuttle. All went well apart from one trip when the driver went to the wrong hotel. One text to their mobile number and agent phoned almost instantly. Offerered refund instantly. Rescheduled no problem. Excellent customer service. Drivers very friendly and punctual

booked a day trip to auchwitz amd salt mines. received a text and a wats app the night before confirming time of pickup and also same again an hour before collection. arrived 10 mins after approx time , bus comfortable. arranged break times and drop off and collection points at the tours. good communication and customer service. would recommend this company. thank you to Tomas our driver and our guide at auchwitz was very informative .

Fantastic service from Mr Shuttle and in particular, Michal.
We booked 2 transfers in advance, as we wanted cars with a car seat for our 5 month old baby.
Communication was fantastic, pick up seamless and car was lovely.
Would 100% use again.

We went to Krakow and through luck did airport transfers and day trip with Mr Shuttle. All was very well planned and efficient. Drivers were excellent and ensured you knew exactly what was happening. Would I recommend……. 120% I would

Pickup was on Time, was told the day before what time this would be,had an email and txt msg to confirm, Thomas the driver was excellent, answering any questions we had all in perfect English.

Booked a transfer from airport to zakopane missed flight so phoned and asked for the time of transfer to change phoned b4 the flight had even took off so they would not even of thought about leaving to pick us up said the driver we were using wasn't available so would have to pay again another 125 pounds
When we were picked up the driver told us he was meant to pick us up in morning so they lied to us and charged us twice WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN THR COMPANY IS POOR
But can't fault the drivers we had there and back

Expensive Mistake
My husband booked a trip with this company with the confirmation we received a note that we would get a message 12hrs before. When no message arrived I text the phone number from the email, no response.
The morning of the trip we waited outside at 7am. At 7.15am my husband phoned the number, he was informed the time had been changed to 5:45am and that messages had been sent to advise of the change.
I since learned that the number my husband recorded on the booking was incorrect.
I emailed the company who said they do not ensure messages are delivered. I did see 3 missed calls at 5:58am but no messages. Any other trips I have booked in Poland or other countries have asked for confirmation after a text and also email changes made to the upcoming trips.
Very disappointing.

Booked trip weeks in advance only for them to cancel it 2 days before and no availability elsewhere. This was the purpose of our trip so it was all a waste of time and money. AVOID. They have replied to say they never cancel. Look at my Google review and it has all the cancellation messages on my review. Therefore their reply is nonsense.

We booked transfers from and to krakow airport. From the airport we got a call to say that we were late and would be charged 100 zlotty despite this only being 10 minutes and through no fault of our own due to airport queues - we were told however on booking that they would track our flight so pick up time was more accurate. On the way back to the airport- they were late - around 25 minutes!
Given the price we paid for the transfers we’d expect a much better service! Book through Bolt or Uber it’s less than half the price. An expensive lesson we learnt!

We used Mr Shuttle for an airport transfer from Krakow to where we were staying and then back to the airport a few days later. Both our drivers (I didn't catch the first guys name unfortunately, second driver was a guy named Alex) Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. First driver was waiting for us on arrival into the airport with our name and was very friendly. On the return the driver was a little late to pick us up (only 10/15mins) I rang the company, the person in the office was also helpful and friendly, rang me back within 1min to say driver had been caught in traffic and was just a couple of minutes away which was correct. Driver (Alex) was then very apologetic (it was fine) and very friendly and chatty as we drove back to the airport. All in all great service and would reccommend.

We was picked up by Kamile on time and taken to Auschwitz/Berkinau and the salt mines. Kamile was a careful driver and considerate to his passengers and other road users/pedestrians. He was a lovely friendly lad and a pleasure to have as our guide for the day. I got chatting to Kamile about his job and he has long days but loves his job and enjoys interacting with passengers. A good embassador and an asset for the company. Thanks Kamile for making our trip to Krakow and specifically Auschwitz and the salt mines so enjoyable. Chris.

I used the services of the company and I am very satisfied, everything was well organized

Used Mr Shuttle for transfers to and from airport and for tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour from Krakow (from hotel door and back) and would highly recommend. Professional and friendly drivers important as travelling as mum with teen daughter. Tour was a smaller group than the other groups I saw in the camps and the guide was very knowledgeable and great at answering questions. After lots of research on FB Krakow groups and hearing other companies regularly cancelling last minute, I was glad I went with their recommendation, as Auschwitz Tour was the main reason for the visit. Added the lunch as others suggested it was nice and it was more than enough for 2 meals. Highly recommend

We used Mr Shuttle for both journeys to and from Krakow airport and also for a private tour for Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour.
All 3 trips with them were fantastic.
We were greeted at the airport ( we had been delayed getting through passport control but they rang and checked we were at the airport and still required the transfer )
Our day trip out was so well organised. We had arranged a private tour and our driver made sure we were where we needed to be at different points throughout the day.
We had to change our return time to the airport and again this was organised with no hassle.
All the vehicles used were clean, comfortable and spacious.
Pre departure for our trip I wanted to ask some questions and liked the fact I could communicate in many ways, the replies were always prompt.
Every member of staff we interacted with, right from the booking stage to our return journey to the airport, were professional, efficient and very very friendly.
I would 100% recommend and use again for airport transfers and any excursions whilst in the Krakow area.
