I am so happy with my purchase there was a mix up at first with the beautiful Teddy small double bed. I ordered slatted instead of storage. I told them about it & it was no problem they came & changed the bed to storage within two days. I an so pleased with the bed & this company Slumber excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived in less than a week and the delivery guy was fantastic. The bed is such great value for money. Will never buy a bed anywhere else! Would recommend 5*+

The bed frame is what I expected and was put together by the driver. However, he was on his own and my son had to help him move the frame upstairs. We had arranged for our elderly in laws to be available and we luckily still around when it was delivered. He would have really struggled without help.

Great experience really easy to order what we wanted after ordering fabric samples. Quick delivery and the bed looks stunning now it’s built. Would highly recommend!

I had never heard of the website so was a bit weary when placing my order. So glad i went ahead the quality is 5* and definitely cheaper then any around for the quality of what you get . The instructions could've been clearer but this is down to supplier.

Super happy with my experience with Mr Slumber. At first I was a bit skeptical purchasing a headboard that I wasn’t able to see in person - that being said, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

I used the online chat to ask questions about my specific requirements and the team helped me and were super helpful. They kindly sent me loads of free samples of fabrics so I could make sure I was happy with everything.

The delivery side of things were great. Had a phone call arranging delivery a day or two after my order went through, and they delivered within 5 days of me purchasing. The headboard came well wrapped and protected, and no damage whatsoever.

Overall very happy with my headboard - the fabric is beautiful (I purchased the Soho floor-standing headboard in Whisper). The quality of the headboard is amazing, super strong, sturdy and fabric is stunning.

Ordered the most beautiful bed, absolutely perfect and exactly like the pictures on website. Customer service is excellent and they accommodated delivery for the exact day I needed it, would 100% recommend this company and use again in the future.

It was very difficult to find a small double bed at a reasonable cost that still had the same grande feel a normal sized bed would. I then found Mr Slumber online and fell in love straight away with the Austin upholstered bed! At first we had the bed delivered but have very narrow stairways meaning the bed would not go up. I contacted the company who came up with a couple of solutions and offered to refund me if I opted to have slats instead of ottoman, I required the ottoman so the company offered to make the bed frame slightly bigger which enables this type to bend.
My bed was delivered today, went upstairs a dream and has more than lived up to its expectations it’s beautiful. The colour is perfect and the head board is exactly what I wanted

Have purchased twice over the last couple months. The quality has been exceptional, amazing. The first single bed I purchased is still holding strong, built very well and looks amazing. Purchased 2 other beds start of 2024, both built great, solid. Communication was simple and straight forward and delivered on time! Would highly recommend.
