ich möchte meine Erfahrungen mit dem Anbieter MrWest.win teilen – einem Online-Casino, das in Deutschland ohne gültige Lizenz tätig ist, gegen mehrere Gesetze verstößt und auf keinerlei Kontaktversuche reagiert.

Rechtliche Verstöße im Überblick:
1. § 4 Abs. 4 GlüStV 2021 – Glücksspiel ohne deutsche Lizenz
→ MrWest bietet in Deutschland Online-Glücksspiel ohne Erlaubnis an. Das macht das Angebot illegal.
2. § 134 BGB – Nichtigkeit des Vertrags
→ Verträge, die gegen gesetzliche Verbote verstoßen, sind nichtig. Einzahlungen über MrWest sind daher rechtlich unwirksam.
3. § 261 StGB – Geldwäsche
→ Zahlungen wurden über Drittanbieter wie Treeofgames, Roningnc.com, Techedu.pro und Thegamediscovery.com abgewickelt. Diese verschleierte Struktur erfüllt die Merkmale von Geldwäsche.
4. § 3 ZAG – Zahlungsdienste ohne Erlaubnis
→ Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgte nicht über lizenzierte Zahlungsdienstleister, sondern über Drittanbieter – ein möglicher Verstoß gegen das Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz.
5. § 3 GlüStV 2021 – Erlaubnispflicht für Anbieter
→ Anbieter benötigen eine gültige Erlaubnis für Online-Glücksspiel – MrWest erfüllt diese Voraussetzung nicht.
6. § 823 BGB – Schadensersatzpflicht
→ Durch illegales Handeln wurde mir ein finanzieller Schaden zugefügt. Auch ohne gültigen Vertrag besteht eine Ersatzpflicht.
7. Artikel 13 EU-Richtlinie 2015/849 – Geldwäscheprävention
→ Verpflichtung zur Identitätsprüfung und Nachvollziehbarkeit der Geldflüsse wurde durch die intransparenten Drittanbieter umgangen.

Mein Vorgehen:
Ich habe das Casino mehrfach kontaktiert und meine Kontaktdaten übermittelt. Es kam keine Reaktion.
Eine Strafanzeige wurde erstattet, das Aktenzeichen wurde mitgeteilt.
Klarna sowie meine Bank prüfen aktuell die Zahlungsabwicklung – die Buchungen über Drittunternehmen wurden dort als auffällig eingestuft.
Die BaFin ermittelt wegen Verstößen gegen das Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz (ZAG) und wegen Geldwäsche.
Auch die Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL) wird über den Fall informiert.

Was ich nicht verstehe:
Dass MrWest trotz aller Informationen weiter schweigt, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.
Es steht viel auf dem Spiel:
Verlust des deutschen Marktzugangs (z. B. IP-Sperrung),
Ermittlungen durch Staatsanwaltschaft, BaFin und GGL,
mögliche EU-rechtliche Konsequenzen durch unregulierte Zahlungsstrukturen.
Dabei hätte all das durch Kommunikation vermieden werden können. Ich war und bin nach wie vor zu einer außergerichtlichen Einigung bereit.

WENN IHR ÄHNLICHE ERFAHRUNGEN MIT MRWEST GEMACHT HABT, MELDET EUREN FALL BEI GGL UND BAFIN.
NUR GEMEINSAM KANN MAN UNSERIÖSE ANBIETER STOPPEN UND FÜR TRANSPARENZ IM ONLINE-GLÜCKSSPIEL SORGEN.
Fazit:
MrWest.win ist ein Anbieter ohne Lizenz, ohne Transparenz und ohne Reaktion.
Rechtsverstöße, Intransparenz und fehlender Verbraucherschutz – all das liegt dokumentiert vor.
Ich rate eindringlich davon ab, dort auch nur einen Cent zu riskieren.
