We ordered several beds, mattresses, headboards and wall boards and was very pleased with the quality and price of everything. Communication was great throughout, on WhatsApp (my preferred!) and we are just about to order some more for our son who has just bought a new house.
I bought a king size mattress from Mude last year and it turned out so good, I bought two more of the same type for the kids bunk bed.
The whole process was easy, I had an idea of what I wanted, Mude showed me the options I had and I got the mattress' I wanted within my budget.

I have now twice ordered swatches for the padded wallboards and both times have received precisely nothing. Then they have the cheek to ask me to review my order!! I have written the counter services and not even had an acknowledgement . So glad I hadn't ordered an actual product, goodness knows when it would have arrived!
Horrible experience. They don’t have time for you and keep making excuses. So grateful I didn’t pay anything otherwise I’d be completely screwed. This is a firm that has no regard for customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hi Joshua, we are really sorry to hear of your experience, we have had a further look into your case and believe you had a project which required extensive bespoke works which our team tried to assist with.
A major part of the delay in your enquiry was down to the fact you purchased products elsewhere and our team had a lack of response from the third party company to supply fabrics which would allow us in turn to manufacture products for you with these same fabrics to match your third party purchase.
Upon reviewing the communication, i can see my colleague Adam spent substantial amount of time liaising with you and following up on your queries and relevant third party suppliers, unfortunately we dont always have control over delays from third parties where you have purchased products however we will always go out of our way to assist.
We didn't request a payment at any point or request a deposit etc as the project was not yet in a position to go ahead which if anything should give our customers confidence we wouldn’t invoice or request deposits for any projects which aren’t finalised.
Our customer feedback is available and open for you to view on Trustpilot and multiple social media platforms which has always been positive however We do appreciate your feedback which we have take on board to highlight areas of improvement where applicable and wish you the best with your project.

We purchased a Dune Classic Headboard in Soft Velvet Light Grey. The headboard surpassed our expectations as it is very well made and looks so Elegant and Stylish.
From Initial purchase to Delivery Adam gave outstanding Customer Service which was reassuring and we would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I chose the Valentine headboard in the wool fabric, colour pewter (fabric buttons) and it is stunning! Really finishes off my newly decorated bedroom with a high end feel. The width was requested slightly wider to accommodate the bed frame and this was not a problem as the headboards are all made bespoke to order. Speedy delivery and excellent customer service, such great value for money, do not hesitate.

Beautiful Dune Classic headboard the material matched 100% and it looks fabulous, great quality and has high end lool. Highly recommended.
Also I need to call out the excellent customer service from Adam in sales and admin. He is responsive, courteous and happily answered all my questions and quickly resolved any queries both phone and email. His great service included having swatch sent out and helped with easy ordering with mude direct. It arrived earlier than estimated time which was great and easy delivery.
What a fantastic company! First class, speedy service - sent colour swatches quickly, answered all my queries within minutes and so so helpful. They even made a headboard to suit my taste which was unexpected. The product arrived swiftly with regular notifications about delivery. The product itself is absolutely stunning, really well made and just as described. I’m so pleased with it. I’d highly recommend this excellent company and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Faultless!!

I was a little worried ordering from somewhere that had no reviews, but thought I’d take a risk, and it totally paid off. We ordered a super king floor standing headboard, and honestly, the quality is better than some of those I’ve seen in showrooms. It was a really fast turn around time & delivery, and we love it so much, we’ve ordered again from them already.
The customer service received was fantastic, with swift & professional responses, and Adam truly went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.

Received Free Fabric Samples so i can choose the perfect Colour and fabric for my bed which was a huge Help. My Bed arrived sooner than predicted and is extremely high quality, delivery guys were extremely careful and customer service was spot on start to finish. I was kept up to date from placing my order to receiving it, any queries i had were answered straight away by customer service on the online chat via the site. I would Highly recommend.
