Amazing Services at competitive price.
I have had the pleasure of using their services, and I can confidently say they are exceptional. My booking included two separate taxi transfers: one from Madinah to Makkah, followed by a return journey from Makkah to Jeddah Airport seven days later. The level of professionalism demonstrated by their team was outstanding. Furthermore, their pricing was remarkably competitive, often proving to be more economical than many other service providers. I appreciated their proactive approach in reconfirming my bookings the day prior to each journey. On both occasions, the drivers arrived precisely on time, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

This is a portion of a review in collaboration with”Alkiswah tours” this company is using Trust pilot in a misleading way.
…The tour itself was the low point. Every site on the itinerary was closed, a fact the driver clearly knew before we ever left, yet I still paid 1,400 SAR for a “tour” that amounted to idling in a car while he delivered a narration of buildings I couldn’t enter. Advertising stops of ten to twenty minutes and delivering five minutes of standing on a sidewalk isn’t a scheduling hiccup; it’s selling something you know you can’t provide.
Finally, my phone number ended up in the hands of drivers and guides I never gave it to, all of whom felt entitled to text me about my schedule. When I raised this with both the company and the affiliated operator, I was told “we gave no one your number,” a claim that doesn’t hold up against the fact that my phone was somehow very popular that week.
Three stars for punctuality, since the cars did at least show up on time. Everything else here operated less like a pilgrimage service and more like an audition for “how many boundaries can we cross before the client notices.” I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

We would like to clarify that Muhabiya Transport was responsible only for providing the transportation services booked through your travel provider. We understand your disappointment regarding the Ziyarat itinerary; however, the planning of the tour, the sites included, and any changes due to closures were managed by the tour operator, not by our transport company. Our drivers followed the itinerary and instructions provided to them.
Regarding your concern about your contact details, we take customer privacy very seriously. Your phone number is shared only with the assigned driver responsible for your booked transfer or tour so they can coordinate your pickup and ensure a smooth service. We do not share customer information with unrelated parties. If you received messages from anyone outside your assigned service team, we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further if you could provide additional details.
We are pleased that you acknowledged our punctuality, as reliability is one of our core commitments. We value all feedback and will continue working with our travel partners to ensure customers receive the best possible experience. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention.
Timely, GOOD Communication and polite drivers
July 2026 we had a trip where this company served us with their transport facilities although it was booked through a travel agent but we were very happy and pleased with their services. Timely, good communication, drivers are polite and helpful who are happy to go beyond . This is something very hard to find in Saudi sp Makkah whereas this is what you need.

We had a very good experience with Muhabiya Transport. Would recommend them to all. Very professional, cooperative and humble drivers. They guided us really well on the ziyarat.
Other then that the customer support were also very professional and knew about all the aspects of our trips. They told us a day before about our tour and constantly remained in contact with us till our pickup was done.

Muhabiya Transport have been amazing from the moment we left UK all the way back.
Their care was exceptionally good. They communicated every step of the way. Their cars were great new and clean and enough room to fit 10 of us plus luggage.
Our ziyarat tour guide and Makkah was excellent he had full knowledge and explained every detail. The timings where 10/10, the drivers where always on time. Can’t see any fault in this transport company. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We went umrah this month and used Muhabiya Transport for all needs of transport including ziyarats. They were amazing and very professional. They were always checking up the day before making sure we knew when the driver was picking us up and also asking if the driver themselves have contacted us. Everything was smooth and easy and explained properly. Would definitely use them again and defiantly recommend to everyone!
