Dont use mukuru the tellers are stealing the money .My mom went to mukuru second street last week to send me my 500 usa money and the teller recognised my mom is old and she never processed the order up to now they are still checking the footage camera to check the culprit teller.No order was created at all .l want my money back and l will fight till l.get it back

We did a Mukuru Mpesa order on the 30th of September upto now the 5000Pula hasn't been received everyday they say we are looking at the issue.I am telling you if you do not give us our money back WE are going to humiliate you all over social media.You think you can just eat our money.Where did our money go to?Disappointed I will never encourage anyone to use mukuru especially if doing Mukuru to Mpesa.Your consultants some of them stop replying you when they are tired of you.We send emails the payment department does not reply.We call your number noone picks up who is to help us then.Also fire the consultant Eleanor she is useless I will name of them all really frustrated!!!!!

Too bad mukuru is just too bad I did an order last week Wednesdayand done payment same day till today nothing has happened to my order am told everyday my matter is being escalated to the supervisor for how long am done never going to touch this again just want my money if I don't get it in 2 days to come am going to their nearest branch to show them flames, shut that thing down our generation is too fast for it weak

I was so frustrated thinking what these guys did to me was personal but I’m reading all these other reviews has me convinced something is up with this “bank”
I called the customer service a hundred times asking them to update my home address. Whomever answered the phone would sound so reasonable and have me convinced they were getting it done but they didn’t. It even got to a point where one guy asked me why I wanted my details updated and where I wanted to use my bank statement.
Has me wondering if this bank is legit, they are going bankrupt or something. Are they hiding something???.I won’t be using them anymore. So unprofessional, disrespectful and frustrating.

Horrible! Horrible service.
Strings of messages that they refused to clarify. First time using it and it was horrible.I sent money into my own account using my own details since Friday a week ago. Its one week after only for them to tell me my ID document are not valid. What? ID documents used by the gov.uk to certify me and used by all my bank accounts 😂..I even had to do a screenshot of all supporting documents used by the immigration laws, and these people said my address was invalid..now I have to wait 2-3 more days to get my money back..all the lies they put on the site.
Never again.
And Id make sure my followers never use the site too.

The time money takes to reflect in the account from another bank is just too long, with this mukuru account you can not plan at all. i am dissappointed.

I've been using mukuru since 2013. They've been disappointing me here and there but I had to stick with them because nothing in life is 100% perfect. But today I'm saying enough is enough. I'm done with these people. I even removed all of my recipients, now it's their turn to deactivate my account and I need that to be done immediately. They're playing with my money. The money I sweat a lot to earn it. I sent money to my mother and it turned out that my little sister's the one who collected that money. And she squandered it all on it's way home with her friends. How's that possible? I thought in your messages you advise them to go with their IDs. How could you allow another person to go and collect money on behalf of another person? That's unprofessional. And I recommend your mukuru to no one. I don't want other people to face the same challenges you showed me no. Deactivate my account please. Because I'm done with you. Thank you for being there when I needed you. But our journey has reached its margin. Goodbye.
