Ordered 2 orders in March and never received them.
Emailed them a couple of times and they said that I needed to have patience that they were very busy.
Now end of July still no orders received and my emails are not answered.
I ADVICE EVERYONE TO DO NO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
If I do get any response or my orders are delivered, I will come back at this negative review. But till then this is what I gotta say.

I placed an order on 4/1 this year. Over the months, i was constantly told to be patient and that there would be an update soon as there were manufacturing issues, etc. They did offer me a refund, but i was happy to wait in full faith given they are selling islamic products and presumably a muslim owned company. Several emails have been sent by myself since the start of July requesting a refund, but no response. Not sure what to do now but I guess the money’s gone and if they have stolen money intentionally, they will be held accountable…

Scammers. They will never return your money. Only thing you can do is to launch police complaint to block their website in UAE. Shameless people!!

This company is a complete scam. Its been months since I placed my order, but I haven't received it yet and they don't reply to emails or messages.
Its ok I'll get them on the day of judgment InshaAllah

It’s sad because I made a purchase for the Kaaba last year I got it second time they claimed there was flooding damaging products got a refund no issues third time I purchased from them a bundle set as a gift for someone in 4 months ago sent an email last month and they claimed they’re sending orders from November last year!! I realised I wasn’t gonna get what I paid for so I disputed the transaction through my bank… GUESS WHAT!!! THEIR BANK IS TRYING TO CHARGEBACK ME TO RETURN THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME!! even my bank is confused the fact they used Islamic products to scam people is really sad. Don’t even bother going through them. In the end comes from china funds probs go to Isr ahell that’s why they refuse the refunds it actually makes sense if you think about it

Ordered in November 2023, after a few months I realised I won't receive them product. Asked for a refund, didn't get one. Complete scam!

This is THE WORST SCAM COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .I ordered 3 items with large value over 6 months ago they say its production issues and delayed but will deliver on x date which NEVER HAPPENS .I have contacted them for a refund NOTHING . I will be reporting them to trading standards via DED in dubai and UK .There is unprofessional practises and just sheer dishonesty which this company clearly shows itself to be .The audacity to be still advertising and conning people to purchase when there is no intention to send items.

Sick and tired of contacting this company. No reply, no refund, no delivery. Ordered 5 months ago. Unprofessional and seems a scam! Lost all my money! All the money they stole from people, I hope it never comes in use for them!

I purchased 31st December and sent regular emails and said will grt before eid, then next eid came along and so on and now into the 8th month since purchase. I don't think they will fulfil and now when I was asking about delivery they were reply with production delays etc and can refund
now since asking for a refund they are not replying at all. send emails x3 and sent message on Facebook bo reply. They are scamming and r
taking money of the public in the name of Islamic iconic buildings and make us feel guilty for asking about delivery. they are holding our money and selling goods they do not have and continue to trade.

this is a fraudulent company please do not purchase. Still trading, do not send goods and do not reply to messages. they took my funds and will not reply to message and refund

I am making a complaint through the financial Financial Ombudsman Service to get a refund.
I would suggest anyone to ask for a charge back from the bank and get a final response letter and make a complaint.
they do not reply back and refuse to cooperate and are theives. please do not place orders and trust the company at all

Ich habe eine Bestellung im Februar 2024 aufgegeben. Nach ca. 2 Wochen habe ich mich über den Stand erkundigt. Der Händler hat jeweils auf meine Anfragen geantwortet und mich vertröstet, ich solle noch warten, es gab Produktionsschwierigkeiten. Im Juni 2024 habe ich die Bestellung nach wie vor nicht erhalten und den Händler gebeten mir mein Geld zu retournieren. Seither meldet sich niemand mehr. Keine Ware und keine Rückerstattung erhalten!

Oplichters!!! Mijn pakket na maanden nu nog steeds niet binnen: verschillende redenen gehoord. Inmiddels vaker om mijn geld gevraagd krijg ik ook niet!!

Commande non reçu et pas de remboursement
Ce sont des voleurs, j'ai commandé en février et toujours aucun envoi ni remboursement, ils ne répondent plus ne commandez jamais chez eux je ferai une plainte contre eux auprès des autorités françaises et je contacte ma banque pour que l'argent soit recrédité sur mon compte car c'est un achat frauduleux

Absolutely horrendous company. Ordered last year in October and still haven’t received the item and requested for a refund over three weeks ago and that’s still not processed.

Made an order on the 5th of March and still haven't received it 3 months later. I've asked for a refund and I've had no reply!

A company that smells of fraud. I ordered my item 2 months ago and have not received anything. I asked them to return my money, and they will return it within 2-3 days. I contact them again as I have not received any money. I contact them and am told that their account is frozen, and they come up with one bad story after another. I think they are deceiving people, do not buy from them.

I placed an order in January, 3 days left till Eid , nothing but lame excuses. Some customers have placed orders in November 23 and they haven’t received their orders either. The merchants order page is still taking on new orders when they can’t fulfill previous orders. Check out customer comments in their IG page.

Ordered 3 products in December 2023 and the products have yet to be shipped. When reaching out the the supplier, they try and gaslight you into thinking that you are the problem.

Shipment delays are understandable but false advertising on their site for “express shipping” and not posting any disclaimers for the 5+ month backlog is absolutely ridiculous.

Save your money!!!

Great educational products. Took time to receive but it was worth the wait, my kids love it and had fun time.
