I ordered products of $140. When i got it delivered, i started using the products and within 7-8 days i reached out to the customer care saying, i wanted to return the products because my skin was getting dry and itchy. The customer care replied that they need a doctor’s proof for that. Otherwise i will have to select “change of mind” as a reason to return. Then they asked for photos what i am returning.

After i successfully sent the package back, they only issued me refund for the unopened items but not even for the items that i tried. I would never buy from a company like this.

I ordered a month ago, shipping is still pending. I’ve reached out several times and e-mails bounced back. Tried a different email as given on shopify, nothing. I think I will never see my products or get my money back. Utterly disappointing

I requested a refund after which I was sent an automated email back to say ‘sorry to hear about this…’ I emailed a few times trying to get to speak to someone so they can help however they still haven’t replied back to my email. Anyways, they sent a postage address which would cost £30 to return and I was told it would get refunded. I have now returned all the items worth around £90 plus the £30 for postage and I haven’t received a refund back still and it’s been over 2 months now. I once again tried to email but it says the email is no longer found

Until now I dint't receive my delivery from December, you are very incompetent, you can not help your customer to find they package when it is loosing

Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn order maar ik zie dat hun email account niet eens meer bestaat of/ ik op geblokkeerd bent. Schandalig bedrijf dat geld steelt van customers. Ik krijg geen contact met ze en ik heb de producten niet/ wel de hele lijn gekocht helaas... ZONDE

SCAM! FAKE ANUA PRODUCTS! 1 MONTH SHIPPING WAIT!
I purchased the Anua glass skin full Korean skincare set from havenskin.com because I originally bought the real thing off Amazon last year & loved it. I was not given a tracking number, had to email the company twice to ask where my package was, it took 1 month to arrive - on the website it said 5-9 business days! When it finally arrived today, I used the products and noticed the packaging looked dodgy, the products smelt weird & totally different, the consistency and feeling/smell of the cleanser and all of the set felt yucky and looked so different. I checked online and realised these products are all 100% fake! Be careful, please avoid buying these fake products. I paid $114 AUD and it was a complete waste of money. I have asked for a refund but doubt they will respond, I will report them to consumer affairs. Avoid!

SCAMMM - ordered and never arrived. Delivery trackeding showed it in the UK but then few days later back in China. Don't waste your money.

BEWARE. MYANUA HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME TO HAVEN SKIN. Same story as everyone else. Fake tracking. Emails undeliverable. Delivery was attempted, but it wasn't. 404 NOT FOUND all over the place. I've logged a dispute with my bank and cancelled my card. They use Shopify to give themselves credibility, but they are not credible. I can't comment on the quality of their products as I never received them. AVOID.

The same happened to me, I ordered from them, they gave me a tracking number, they faked sending delivery and returned it back to themselves! I’ve waited over a month just for these products and after every email they’ve ignored and I’ve lost £60 on products on literally nothing

SCAM! Please be careful, I ordered after seeing their Instagram page and I never received a parcel, they don't reply anywhere via email or social media, and the tracking links are all fake.

I also placed the order through my anua instagram page, because of so much review I saw there. At first they didn't deliver at all. I complained later it showed delivery is on the way, it took a month then it showed delivery had an exception and it delivery was returned. When I complained again they asked if I like to get the shipping again or refund. I said refund. After that 404 page not found. Basically this was a scam.

I wish I read the review before placing my order. I placed an order on the 22th of February. I havent received it yet also the link I was tracking the order shows 404 page not found. Now, I feel it was scam. I regretting trusting on this website.

Be careful, the site from the Instagram page is legit and they created it also with Shopify. But, the scam is when you make a purchase from the site on the internet, that URL is fake and then they try to get more money from your account. Also fake are the links in the email, when they send you to track your packages.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. After waiting over a month for my product to be delivered to me. They use the worse shipping company called piggy express that lied about attempting to deliver to me. I’ve requested a refund from these ppl multiple times and instead of refunding my money. They gave me a bogus shipping number that cannot be found. Invalid contact information for the shipping company and constantly tell me reach out to the shipping company. How?????? When they information y’all give me is invalid refund my money 🗣️

Had to raise a dispute with my bank.

Ordered on the 8th February and had not received the item as of this date.
I had emailed customer services and the response was not apologetic as I am a new customer and in fact a very dry response regarding the refund process. My tracking number works via email link, but not via the website. It states that it was in transit since the 19th February, an absolute joke. Went superdrug and got a product similar in their range and it works amazingly for a 3rd of the price. Anua is a scammy company!!

Scam! I waited more than than a month and then got red water , its fake product. It is not rela nicinamide!
