I find BrainCo's products to be extremely high quality, with a premium feel. I am using both the creatine and the protein powder.
The protein powder tastes great, (the creatine has no taste).
What I love is how clean their products are, with a focus on using ingredients that are pure and non-disruptive to gut health. (Particularly with the protein powder, it's plant-based and extremely pure, with no additional nonsense.)
You can tell a lot of dedication, knowledge and thought has gone into these products.

Disappointed with the customer service. I ordered 3 bags of creatine and one of the packages burst open in transit. I've reached out twice regarding the issue and haven't yet received a response yet I continue to receive marketing emails.

The products are that great that I began to run out of them quicker than expected. Then I found my wife was actually using them without my knowledge. Now we are both using the products and inviting friends too!

I have contacted the company 3 times via email using their info@ and orders@ emails for weeks with no reply re their money back guarantee. I've contacted them via their enquiry page and messaged them in their chat box after hours providing my email address and concern with no responses. It seems no one is on the other end and is honestly appalling. No customer service at all. This had never happened to me and I'm extremely disappointed at how easy they claim the money back guarantee is yet I cannot get in contact with anyone. I would not recommend this brand.

The products are great high quality, shame that the courier that is used is atrocious! No matter how much you pay for shipping either standard or express the courier company "Courier Please" never delivers to the address. Even if you are at home sitting and waiting for your parcel, Courier Please advise you that you weren't home and just deliver to a pick up location.. it's your job to organise a reschedule of delivery, who knows if you ever get it, or pick it up... it is quite unfortunate that a third party with terrible customer service (google review of 1.47) is used; I will be looking for another company to get my products from..

Mybrainco gut repair is working great for me and am feeling noticeable differences. their matcha is of a high quality dark green and delicious. I will be trying more from their range and the gut repair mix may become a staple.

I have been using Gut Repair for a little over a year now. I have experienced a tremendous difference with my overall gut health. This product has helped ease my digestive issues. My main issues were being able to digest gluten, dairy and protein. This has helped so much with these. I am very pleased with the effectiveness of this.
