I placed an order for creatine and the money came out of my account. Directly after a further charge of over $50 came out of my account and I saw I had a separate email saying that beauty collagen had been added to my order. I did not order collagen and believe this was accidentally selected at the upselling section after you have placed a purchase. It seems dodgy that they can take money from my account without my authorisation.

I contacted customer support immediately and received an email 10 hours later saying they could not refund me because the item was already shipped even though I have received no email confirming it’s been shipped.

I will be returning the entire order and purchasing elsewhere.

I'm sure the product is excellent and will repair my gut.
But . . . the taste is very overwhelming, very sweet :| and as a result puts me off from using the product.

Do you have a tasteless one that I can hide in a smoothie or a juice?

I purchased a supplement from MyBrainCo for $42.92. It didn't work for me and it made me sick. I started looking up reviews and realized most reviews are on their own website but rarely found any on social media. So i asked to return because it kept making me sick. Before returning the product, I asked a representative if I would get a full refund 42.92, and I was explicitly told yes 42.92(i have the email confirmation), once the return was delivered. After returning it, I only received $35.96 — the product cost — while the $6.95 shipping I paid was not refunded. I feel misled/tricked by the information given by their staff. Be cautious when dealing with this company, especially regarding returns and refunds.

Update - I appreciate that the CEO personally reached out to me and understood the issues I had about the refund process. He was polite in his response. I do appreciate the follow-up and resolution.

Read a few reviews by others after they used Gut Repair, so I decided to try it for myself.
The objective was to reduce my use of prescription medication for heart burn.
Well, I used Gut Repair for 2 months, reducing my medication to every 3rd day for the first month & then every 4th day for the second month.
After starting the third month, I felt that the slight heart burn I was feeling only lasted a few minutes, so I decided to stop the medication all together.

I am now well into the 3rd month of Gut Repair & I haven’t taken any medication for the past 2 weeks, & I can honestly say, this product is a God send!
