In my case I ordered a set of ear buds but unfortunately they didn't arrive as planned. I made contact with Mybrandlogic via Living Social.
Mybrandlogic dealt with my issue immediately and after they tried to locate my order they offered me a full refund. 5 days later the credit had been applied to my Living Social account.
I am very pleased the way they dealt with my issue and I have just ordered another set of ear buds.
All in all a very positive experience.

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker which I was really pleased with for the low price but sadly the battery stopped charging after a couple of months of use. Mybrabndlogic arranged a replacement immediately once advised of the issue. Sadly the replacement also had some (different) issues. I didn't want to chance a third one and as such was pleased when the company provided an instant refund. Whilst obviously disappointed with the product itself the customer service provided can not be faulted and as such it does seem that you can buy in confidence from this firm who will promptly make good on any issues encountered.

Excellent customer service, my issue was solved promptly. I thought I would have to return my item as it was faulty but these super guys emailed me to say a new one was on it's way and no need to return the faulty light. Outstanding...

I have had the pleasure of purchasing a pair of X8+ Dynamic Bluetooth V5.0 Earphone Earbuds from this company through Wowcher. The arrival date came and went so I contacted Mybrandlogic to inform them that I had not received the earbuds. They replied promptly and were very sympathetic and helpful by providing me with a Tracking Number and advising me to wait for a few more days incase delivery by Royal Mail was delayed. I tried tracking the package online which was unsuccessful. Finally 8 days after which I should have received my earbuds my daughter went to the Royal Mail and indeed they were there along with another package from a different company. Royal Mail had made no effort to deliver either package which is disgusting behaviour on their part and an ongoing problem which myself and others keep experiencing. I emailed Mybrandlogic to let them know what had happened and to reassure them that they are not to blame but Royal Mail are. Actually the earbuds were in the possession of them as early as 6 September 2019 which would mean that I would have received them earlier than the scheduled date of 13 September. They replied back with a really nice and pleasant email thanking me for my support and understanding.’The earbuds are the best I’ve ever tried and my daughter who they were purchased for is delighted with them. They come with an instruction pamphlet in both English and Chinese and are very easy to charge and set up. The sound is excellent, very clear and without any interference and the earbuds stay charged for approximately 8 hours and can be recharged many times in the charging dock before the dock itself needs to be recharged. My daughter also charged her Huawei Pro 30 mobile phone on the charging dock. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these earbuds to anybody looking for long lasting usage between charges and a high quality sound. Mybrandlogic provides an excellent customer service.

The neck support travel pillow arrived a little later than promised but I understand that it was held up at my local sorting office (they gave no explanation for this). This is a great product and does exactly what it said it would do. Fantastic, won’t go anywhere without it.

Very pleased with the prompt customer service response, as they were able to resolve my complaint to my utmost satisfaction.
