The sample arrived later than I was expecting it. The samples of bricks looked great, but we realised our wall wouldn't take it. It is too weak to hold the weight of bricks.

Fast and efficient service. The tile was very realistic and looked like brick.

I ordered and paid for a bunch of samples as the website had great pictures but they all looked the same.

My 8 samples all turned up quickly, looking good.

I haven't ordered the full product yet, I'm still deciding but the process so far has been easy with no problems

Quick to send out samples to make you think service will be good but the second you place an actual order they will take your money and disappear off the face of the earth. Order placed over 6 weeks ago. Delivery said 6-14 days. Even allowing for the Christmas period this is well overdue now. Have sent numerous emails and heard nothing, have tried to call and can’t get through, virtual chat is non existent. Unfortunately am now having to go through the bank to try and get my money back. As others have said, I can only assume this company must be some sort of a scam. Will now have to look elsewhere for brick slips.

Avoid at all costs!! As per other 1* reviews ordered brick slips and pointing mortar. Tiles arrived but no mortar. They did send an email to inform me they were out of stock for the mortar and they would send me a refund. No refund, no response to any of my emails, contact no. does not work, live chat inaccessible. A truly terrible company.

This company is a complete scam. Paid over £400 for bricks in December 2021 and have never received them. You cannot phone them and the live chat does not work. I have reported this fraud to me credit card provider. Will pursue legal action.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered and paid in full for wall tiles on 5th December. I have still not received anything and i have sent 5 emails to this company and not had one reply. Oh and the 'live chat' is inaccessible. I feel like I have been completely scammed and can only advise people to be very careful when dealing with this company.

Placed an order on 14/11/2022 (Today 10/1/23) and still not had any contact, there is no phone number, the webchat does not work. Currently in a Section75 claim with my credit card company.

I stupidly didn't read these reviews before placing my order, I cancelled within minutes however money was taken straight from my account. Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so after refund failing twice I have now recieved refund. Really unreliable, recommend KUCI as a company if looking for brick slips they have been absolutely amazing

Honestly one of the worst companies I’ve come across. No phone number and live chat doesn’t work, so you email and if your lucky you get 1 reply for every 4. Made 2 orders, after the first order was ridiculously late I chased them to find that they’d decided to do 1 delivery… which would have been fine if A) it was communicated and B) one of the delivery charges was refunded given they’re around £50. Then arranging delivery I was told 3 different dates, didn’t receive any confirmation until I continued chasing them and then when the order finally arrived 3 of the trays were broken. Since then I was told I would be refunded delivery… this is now almost a month a go and every email subsequently is ignored!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Fraudulent company,
They will post your ‘samples’ but main order will never turn up.
As other reviews state they take your money and your order never turns up. They say they will give you a refund but don’t. Do not part with your money as they are a scam !!

Without doubt one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They send the sample in super-fast time, so you become impressed, then when you place the big order they disappear. No phone number, no replies to email or their 'online chat' (which is never Online). Still no delivery 2 months later and no money. Have now had to do a chargeback with the bank. Run by a guy called Steven Appleby who runs many tile-based companies, obviously a serial fraudster. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
