Highly recommended
The entire process was extremely well managed. From vetting and approval of photos (that we took ourselves), through submission of the application and supporting documents, we were guided expertly by our consultant Natasha. Our passports arrived earlier than we had expected and I highly recommend the service.

Efficient and stress free passport service
Straightforward, clear instructions and really efficient. Kept up to date on all stages of the renewal of a very old passport. The courier costs and service are included in the cost which makes the whole process seamless and really easy. Glenda was great! Well worth it.

Excellent communication
From the moment I was assigned Madeleine to help me navigate collating and managing all my documents the process was seamless. Although the process was lengthy, Madeleine always kept me informed of the next step.

Leigh kept me informed at each step of the process. The application process was fairly easy. Oversight on my behalf for not reading instructions properly.

Happy renewal of my British 🇬🇧 passport
I was very happy with the process of renewing my British 🇬🇧 passport over the eleven weeks from the start of the process to delivery 🚚 of my passport here in Australia 🇦🇺 today ..Carina the consultant was very helpful with every stage which was amazing and made the process easier..thank you once again..I am now ready to book holiday arrangements to the uk 🇬🇧 this coming July and August..hugs to all.. Nicky, the Consultant, responded very quickly to any question or request that I made. She explained everything clearly and her updates were received frequently and on time.
I would most definitely recommend her and the organisation to anyone needing to update their British Passport.

Use the official GOV.UK site and save unnecessary costs
up front: my fault completely for landing on this site.
It is not the official GOV.UK site for British Passport issues. But like me, maybe a lot of people get caught by the fact that it may look official.
So basically you pay for a passport from Europe 275 GBP
whereas the official site only charges you 145, 14 GBP.
For no benefit whatsoever. The official site tells you exactly the same as this site as what to do, what is necessary, how to send, etc. etc.The official site also helps if necessary.
As I had already paid up front I stuck with them. When it came to a couple of questions the employee was no help at all. On the site you can request a phone call - but they never called back, just repeated a mail answer I already had. The employees knowledge of the DHL Courier regulations was simply wrong.
A lesson learnt.Check web sites thouroughly and use the official sites.

Not happy
I have to admit my consultant was wonderful but the process was a for myself and my consultant was nightmare. Thank goodness for Glenda with her calm approach and guidance I would have given it away. Thank you Glenda I still owe you a beer!
