Ich habe MyCamper in einer der schwierigsten Phasen meines Lebens erlebt.
Durch eine völlig unerwartete und belastende persönliche Situation war ich gezwungen, meine Vermietung von heute auf morgen zu stoppen und alle bestehenden Buchungen zu stornieren. Für mich war das emotional extrem schwer und ich hatte grosse Angst davor, wie alles ausgehen würde.
Doch das MyCamper-Team hat mich vom ersten Moment an nicht alleine gelassen.
Ich wurde mit so viel Verständnis, Respekt und Menschlichkeit behandelt, dass es mich wirklich tief berührt hat. Es ging nicht nur um Prozesse oder Regeln man hat gespürt, dass hier echte Menschen arbeiten, die zuhören und helfen wollen.
Alles wurde schnell, professionell und gleichzeitig unglaublich einfühlsam geregelt, sowohl für mich als auch für die betroffenen Mieter. In einer Zeit, in der bei mir alles unsicher war, hat mir diese Unterstützung Stabilität und Ruhe gegeben.
Ich werde diese Erfahrung nicht vergessen.
Für mich ist MyCamper nicht nur eine Plattform, es ist ein Team von Menschen, die in schwierigen Momenten wirklich hinter einem stehen.

Voyage incroyable en Laponie : paysages magnifiques, aurores boréales et rencontre avec le Père Noël. Propriétaire du véhicule super sympa, plein de bons conseils et nous a aidés à organiser le chien de traîneaux. Expérience au top.

Tadelloser Service. Bei der letzten Reise hatten wir leider einen Blechschaden, My Camper hat uns bei der Abwicklung für die Reparaturen, auch Dank der Versicherungen geholfen.

First time hiring a camper
The website is easy and contains all the important information. The renters I contacted reacted good and very fast. The process is very easy. Just one remark, I used my Dutch Credit card as the amount was in Euro but actually I should have used my Swedish card to not pay the conversion rate. The AI chatbot provides very good information to!

The best way to explore Norway!
I have used MyCamper for my last two trips to Norway and I couldn't be happier with the service. Everything went smoothly from start to finish both times. The platform is easy to use, and the campers were in excellent condition, which is essential for navigating Norwegian roads. If you are planning a road trip through Scandinavia, I highly recommend them. Reliable, professional, and great value for money!

Wintercamping
Wir haben das 2te Mal über MyCamper gebucht. Beide male haben wir tolle emphatische unkomplizierte Vermieter gehabt. Zusätzlich tolle Tipps erhalten im Umgang mit dem Camper. Das erste Mal Wintercampen in Pontresina im Schnee. Eine tolle Erfahrung. Inmitten der Natur. Der Camper war problemlos zu heizen. Er war unsere warme Stube nach den sonnigen Tagen im Schnee. Werde mit Sicherheit wieder über MyCamper buchen.

Wie schön, dass ihr gleich zweimal so gute Erfahrungen mit den Besitzer gemacht habt und sogar Tipps rund um den Camper bekommen habt. Wintercamping in Pontresina klingt wirklich nach einem besonderen Erlebnis – und ein warmer Camper nach einem Tag im Schnee ist einfach unschlagbar.

MyCamper monitors messages sent via their platform
I tried to book a camper in Norway via the MyCamper website, only to find out late in the booking process that the service is offered to a narrow group and not all of European Union countries.
I reached out to the owner via the messaging feature of MyCamper to ask if there is a way to book his camper, not trying nor suggesting to circumvent the platform.
As a reaction MyCamper sent a direct message to me with an appeal not to circumvent the platform. Rather than addressing the underlying problem of extending its service to other EU countries.

Regarding availability: due to insurance, legal and payment regulations, MyCamper is currently only able to offer bookings to residents of certain countries. We understand that this can be disappointing, especially when you only discover it later in the process. We’re continuously reviewing our setup, but expanding to additional countries depends on regulatory and insurance frameworks that we need to comply with.
Concerning the message you received: for safety and insurance reasons, all communication and bookings must stay on the MyCamper platform. Our systems flag certain keywords automatically to protect both owners and renters, as well as to ensure insurance coverage remains valid. The message you received was a standard reminder and not meant as an accusation.
