I had a puncture repaired which was…
I had a puncture repaired which was quoted as removal, repair, balance and refitting of right front tyre. Although I had already removed the tyre for the mechanic and put on my spare, I was still charged the full amount including removal and refitting. Also the Manager told me to be in at 4:50pm as the computer system for payment shuts down at 5pm although the trading hours are advertised to 5:30pm. Bad customer service and paying for services I didn't receive is why this get one star

Happy experience
During my last annual service, I was informed that the two rear tires needed to be replaced, so I booked an appointment. I was originally thinking about asking them to install the new tires on the front, since I drive mostly in FW conditions, but I forgot to mention it. When I returned to pick up the car, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had already installed the new tires on the front for me. I really appreciate their attention to detail and thoughtful service.
