Your website offers no phone support. No phone numbers whatsoever. We had to send in pictures of the old deformed part, and then the guy guessed at it.
An 18$ part ( which I was ok with). It cost me 20$ to get here 12 days later I’m literally 4 states away. I was in the market for another bike , I know now it won’t be a Marin simply because the replacement parts process is a nightmare.

I found the bolt that had snapped with refreshing ease on the website, bearing in ming my bike was out of action until i had a new bolt and the sun has come out and now is the time to ride, the bolt was received within 2 working days, amazing and thank you

Update: it took some doing, but Marin fixed the issue with the adapter on their website. I've ordered it and waiting for it to get here. I'm probably impatient, but I like things to go smoothly. Looking forward to installing and not having my bike fall over.

I just bought my first ever bike from Marin through bike bling in Encinitas,ca. I wanted a kickstand for it. There is no number to call and talk to anyone to cut to the quick. I emailed and got a reply that I need an adapter for my dsx2. I can't find the adapter on your website. The email says I should reach out to my local dealer to obtain said adapter. They don't know anything about it. Do they too have to email Marin and are still waiting for a reply. Everything is so slow. Why? I got the information I needed in the email, but still here with no adapter. It's frustrating for no reason. Such a simple thing. That I should just be able to order directly from marin. Love the bike. Not happy because of this nonsense. Where is the customer service?

How are you going to have a bike,( Hawk Hill), get sued and stop making that bike? The geometry on the other bikes is off. Definitely cheap paint and components. It's too bad. I loved my Hawk Hill, but the RIFT Zone sucks.

My son had a crash snapping his rear suspension housing.
Having a race in just over a week we ordered parts with an expected delivery 5-7 days

Great deal, about $200 off a $600 bike. Had to fine tune the gears and switch the saddle for comfort but that’s most bikes. Love the look and size. I’m 6 ft, 215 lbs. disk brakes work great. Add a flashlight mount, bottle holders and you’ve got yourself a great starter mountain bike.

This is the best bike company and supports the bike culture above all others brands.
