Service team were excellent at looking over the vehicle and advising me on the issues with the car. While they weren't able to repair the vehicle, they were very up front about that and provided good advise to get the issues resolved.

When the tyre arrived the team contacted me and got it fitted that afternoon with a smile

Both mechanics were very friendly and explained thoroughly what was wrong with the car and what had been fixed. Also compiling a list of things to look out for in future. I will definitely be returning :)

Very polite, helpful and didn't try to upsell. Explained things well and with respect. Serviced my car in the exact time frame that was promised. Advised me on what will need to be done at the next service without being pushy. Excellent customer service.

I only had to leave my car in the afternoon, rather than all day. The feedback was thorough and detailed. The mechanic who saw me was polite, friendly and articulate.

The car was picked up very late (1 hour after closing time)
No test drive to check the service, just received it straight off the hoist.
The car was not performing well after the service and the attention to detail was clearly missed.
The store had all new mechanics and the working environment was extremely hostile towards each other.
I have never had a bad service at mycar but that was, what I felt, a waste of $250.
I have been taking my car to my car for years now.
I do hope that the issue is dealt with in a timely manner.

It was another great experience while doing Logbook Service at myCar Tyre & Auto - CE Birkdale.
Honest and professional approach to customer, and courtesy phone call 30 minutes after leaving the place to check if everything is ok.

Got the quote for the repair, ordered parts and had the vehicle repaired all in one day. very good service

If I could give 0 stars I would.
We had a 50K service - the under engine tray fell off the next day. Had to get RACQ to fix it
We had a 60K service - we had an oil leak immediately. Cost $449 to fix it
We had a puncture - 2 days to get a new tyre and fit.
Go elsewhere if you can (4/11/2022 was the latest experience)

Excellent experience! I thought I'd have to get a new tyre for my car, but the crew here suggested a repair instead (much cheaper) AND discovered another flat tyre waiting to happen (with a screw stuck in it) and repaired that one too. Prompt and efficient, no swearing from the garage floor 😄, and great music while I waited.

Rolled into Birkdale with cracked radiator and they fixed within 48 hours and were very responsive telling me what was happening and costs involved

I requested additional items to be completed as well as a service but extras not done. I've had several vehicles serviced at this location over recent years and have noticed that the service has declined. Will now go elsewhere even though this is a convenient location.
