I had to get 2 globes replaced on the front of my Holden Commodore and present the car to the Police Station before midnight that night. The guys in the office were extremely helpful and went to work on it straight away. There was some difficulties in replacing the globes due to their location in the vehicle, but eventually they got replaced. Very happy with the service I got at Brandon Park Centre. Thank you.

These guys do a really good job. They're sincere and keen to keep customers happy. If they don't get it right, they always make it right without any hassle. Good guarantees from Mycar too.

Will intentionally scam you for more money and will lie about particular defects to your car.

Do not in any circumstances give these people your money. They are incredibly dishonest and will lie about particular things to your car so they can get more money especially if you’re female.

How can this branch improve? The branch has been deteriorating now for several years. I have used the Brandon Park branch many years because of the convenient location and have spent well over $10k for tyres, brakes, suspension and even engine rebuilds. The mechanics need to be replaced.
On 10.10.2024 they serviced the car and got a quote for the mechanical problems on my Holden Berlina 2013. Radiator overheating sometimes. They said it was coolant leaking from top inlet seals (quoted $1200 - $1500). Decided to get a second opinion from a friend of a friend. Outcome - water pump replaced, degassed air conditioner and added coolant. All tickety Boo = $550

Claimed I had a bad battery that needed replacing. tested it myself, showing upwards of 12.6 V and no problems. Complete rubbish. Broken and missing clips on my front grill leaving it loose and hanging. Can see oil dripping from the base of my car following the service. No effort to actually clean up the mess they made. On the expensive side too.

My experience with the team at Brandon Park was excellent from the time I drop of the car to the time I pick it up. They communicate with me the issues and what to need to be fix now.
They should be more precise on the costing. But overall excellent services.

Was booked in for 10.30 was told it would take an hour, l left and came back at 11.30, my car hadn't been touch. Had to sit around and wait another hour until it was done.

Everything from the booking to the installation went really smoothly and I knew what was happening every step.

My first time and I had a good experience. The Manager called me to understand the additional problems I listed during delivering the car. They did fix up everything and no provided additional feedbacks.
