Almost perfect
Able to book online and receive a drop off and pick up time, on delivery I gave my mobile number and I received notification when the service was completed earlier than quoted. Unfortunately the car was not cleaned as part of the service.

Chaos
- Had car towed there. Called ahead. No problem. Not the first time. Always reliable.
- Bloke explained he would diagnose and call me back that afternoon.
- No call, so called him. Told me a 'likely diagnoses', unconfirmed, then hung up abruptly. No worries.
- Didn't hear from them again. So I called end of the week. Told me waiting on a bloke to come out and look at it.
- Didn't hear from them week following, so called end of following week. Same story. Ten days deep I figured we needed to look at an alternate solution to waiting for a geezer who reportedly was 'on holidays.' Bloke advised the best way forward would be for a mobile mechanic to come to the workshop to fix it.
- I organised a mobile mechanic who arrived to the workshop, diagnosed, and fixed the issue within three days.
- Had MyCar do a logbook service in the interim.
- Picked up two weeks after having towed.
- Invoice recorded a 175,000km logbook service completed. Car is at 97,000km.
- Logbook not filled out nor stamped.
- Absolutely baffling experience. I really don't care to give reviews. But literally got emailed by My Car following picking up my car asking to leave a review.
