They scared me about the state of my car for no reason.
A VERY young person did my safety check & service, THEN the other young man in reception scared the hell out of me by saying, in his opinion, my car shouldn't be on the road.
I took it for a 2nd opinion & was reassured that it WAS safe & not everything HAD to be fixed immediately as I was led to believe.
I'd asked the reception guy for a quote to do the work, but I'm still waiting on that.
Not good service anymore unfortunately.

Great experience
Great experience, very friendly and helpful.
Mechanic kindly dropped us to the local shops. Just would have appreciated clean hands on steering wheel and protective cover on seat to prevent the oil/dirt marks that were left on our leather seats.

New tyres ordered and installed,!
The time had come for new tyres. The team ordered in the tyres I had researched which arrived over night.
We return on our booking day and was met by Lilly a young employee who fitted the tyres to my car, she then came out to see me and explained the process of looking after my new tyresd.

I utilised online booking
I utilised online booking. It would not list what was covered by the standard logbook service. Since tyre rotation was listed as a separate option so I added this and paid using my credit card. When I dropped off my car the attendant indicated tyre rotation was part of a standard service so I ended up paying for this ‘twice’ as he couldn’t offer me a refund. Also, I ordered a replacement of my wipers but price quoted/charged online was wrong so had pay more when I picked up my car.
The actual service went well and guys provided good service except for inability to do anything about the overcharging.
