Stop ripping off customers

I had new tyres fitted on my car, and they were very helpful in ordering the right ones that I wanted. They clearly communicated expectations on when they would arrive, and also helped manage the exact timing of the car drop-off around a doctor's visit we had on the same day.

The gentleman at the office counter was so lovely however..
I was given a quote for works needing done. I took to a another mechanic and it turns out only 2 of the 5 things actually needed doing. As a female I find this disheartening.
I usually go to my car at smithfield and have found them amazing and will just go back there in the future.

Regular service booked on line and we saved $100! Work was done extra quickly and with a big smile.

Easy to Book our car in , always kept us up to date with progress.

Had my car serviced at MyCar CairnsCity 2 days ago. No issues before, but right after the service, a strange noise started coming from the media system, especially noise is louder when the lights are on. Reported it immediately same day, was ask to return car for next day. Next day he denied responsibility and offered no help. Went their in good faith but very disappointing experience. Won’t be going back to any MyCar ever.

car was booked in for the previous Thursday ,after traveling 35 km for fitment i was informed the tires were not in store,
they will ring wen they arrive,
No call back???

Very accommodating but I felt not enough of a service was done for the price, no oil filter change, really not clear on what was done other than oil change.

Easy booking, good communication, quick appointments and good service when dropping and collecting the car. Excellent price.

I requested that my vehicle be ready by by 10 am. At 9:30 the work had not commenced.
I asked for the results from the wheel alignment test, this could not be provided

Quick & friendly service that is hard to come by these days. I was able to claim the free puncture repair.

Extremely helpful & had the right tyres needed

Paid Full essential service not completed. Multiple errors and not given options to fix. Contacted helpline to be told Operations would contact me...no called its been 10 days. Only helpful person was the wonderful lady at MYCAR roadside who I had to call as the battery went flat a week after the FULL ESSENTIAL SERVICE.
Formally loyal and have had to look elsewhere to fix car issues.
