At 4:26 p.m. I still hadn't heard what was happening. When I called I was told that they were just about to call me. then I was told they were going to keep my car overnight which would have meant I had to walk to Kuranda to get home. Then he told me he would call me back in five minutes. He never called me back. Half an hour later I turned up to see what was going on since phones don't seem to work there and he told me that I would have to wait till 5:30 to my car to arrive. Oh and he was about to call me then too.

Such a lovely team, they did everything I asked for and more. Great experience, reasonable prices

My experience with MY CAR service has been exceptional. They have skilled workers who deliver excellent customer service, both at the counter and when servicing vehicles. I used to take my car to Trinity KIA for servicing, but I often faced issues afterward, such as overly tight brakes, strange noises when braking, and difficulties driving uphill, even on smaller inclines.

Since switching to MY CAR, my vehicle has been performing flawlessly. After their service, the brakes work perfectly, and driving on hills is effortless. My car has only done 73,500 km, so these improvements were very noticeable. I highly recommend MY CAR, especially to ladies who are looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

No parking. Difficult site to access. Did not receive log books as per manufacturer. Fast service.

They gave me an initial quote of 900$, accepted it, did the fixing and by the time I was going to pay, the final amount had raised to 2400$ without nobody updating me on it. A bit disappointed on the miscommunication, and I even had to take the car to another mechanic to fix something that they couldn't in order to pass the roadworthy.

Would’ve given 5 stars if the online booking process had passed on all info I had put in. Otherwise very happy.

Dropped car off at 9am still wasn't ready at 4.40pm and was told to wait another half hour. Car finally ready 5.30 pm so not happy about it.

Staff were very approachable, very efficient with their work. Nathan and the other guy at the front desk were absolutely brilliant.

Customer service is excellent and professional staff

Mycar Cairns - we booked a two hour slot when we booked around three weeks in advance. On dropping off we were told car needed to be there all day and that the times were just system provided ones. We could have been called and told that in advance especially as we called to add something else on.

Service was good, but we asked for handbrake cable to be tightened and that wasn’t done. Post service inspection report was vague with no pricing or real advice given for further work and items spelled incorrectly on the invoice.

Unsure if overbooked or just not really caring but wouldn’t go back unless absolutely necessary.
