I got the 5 wheels balanced, a rotation and aligment, I had to have my car there at 8 am, and I ended up calling them after 4 pm to see if I could collect my car. I told Laurie when I gave him the keys that I would be in the shopping centre waiting as I had noone to pick me up or take me back, so I sat in the shopping centre for at least 8 hours for a job that should have taken at max 1 hour. When I had the car serviced in September at the same mycar centre once again I had to call to see if I could pick up the car, I am lucky I have the receipt with the date on it, as they did not put the little sticker on the window for the next service, I will not go back or recommend them to anyone else

So easy to book and pay online. The staff at Capalaba are friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and details were comunicated clearly.

Had booked in drop off 8:30 and pick up 11:45, wheel alignment and window wiper check
I called at 12 and work hadn’t yet commenced, wipers weren’t checked and alignment not done.
Was told tyres need changing ASAP
Went to Bob Jane for check and was told at least got 6 months in them no need to change right away .🤔

Great communication and workmanship.
Changed rear brakes as well as replacing lower control arms. They even fixed the TPS light that has been on for 18 months.

polite staff, very quick to complete most jobs, parts are reasonably priced. job quality is decent most times, however, today my car came back with some small scratches on the interior window (near job site) and some window tint had peeled slightly :(
the manager was very reasonable about it though, apologised and offered discounted service on next visit.

Took my car in for a service, and then had some modifications and fixes done a couple weeks later for the car. Both times the team was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Prices were reasonable and affordable as well. 5/5 Would choose them again!

Would like to rate O as nothing happened, I just walked around for 2.5 hours and the cranky man who I first saw said your car has not been done yet only two staff, and I left my injured day at home alone. Was not happy and left. Well he needs to tell me straight away and not your car is next.

I took my car for a service on a Saturday 28th Feb., was very pleased with Laurie and his team's excellent service, I have posted a 5 star experience for that. He told me the windscreen wipers were worn out and that I needed a new battery and booked me in for Monday 2nd March as I have many medical appointment this month, that was helpful for me. I'm extremely pleased with the services I received. Top Notch.
