I booked my logbook service online
I booked my logbook service online, which was very easy to do. The staff were professional and friendly, and the service was completed within the requested time — no waiting around. Very happy with the service peformed.
The only small suggestion I have is that if something is found during the service (like the dirty air filter mentioned at pickup), a quick call would be great — I would have happily approved and paid for it to be replaced rather than waiting another 10000kms before it was due for servicing again.

Great Experience
They investigated the issue we had (engine light on), gave clear feedback on the cause and the impact/risk associated with it and a quote for resolving.
When we came to pick the car up, they declined to charge a service fee, and left us only with the quote for future repairs if desired.
The team were super helpful in explaining, their communication over the phone was fantastic and although the issue isn't yet resolved, we're clear on the problem and next steps thanks to the team.

Needed my flat tyre fixed while visiting family in Pimpama just before long weekend. The staff member was extremely helpful and super friendly. Tyre was repaired quickly. Definitely recommend this business.
