Changed all 4 tyres no tyre shine or cleaned rims

My vehicle was booked in for a specific service, which required my car to be there all day. I am also planning a long road trip, which I told the person at the time of booking, so I needed a thorough check and service. I dropped my car off at 8am and was contacted to collect it at 4:45pm. When I collected my car, I was told that they didn’t have the tools to carry out the specific element of the service (the one discussed prior to booking in), they did all other service elements but not that specific job and I’d need to go to another mechanic or the manufacturer to have it done. The make and model was known prior to bringing the car in as I phoned to book it in to discuss what was needed prior to the service. At no stage was I told that you may or may not have the tools to complete the specific service. What a waste of my time. I now have to book my car in somewhere else and have no car for another full day. In addition, during the service, it was discovered that the rear break pads and rotors need to be replaced in the next 2-3000kms. Why did someone not call me when this was discovered to provide a quote and offer carry out the work? What a lost opportunity for you to be able to earn more money from one job. Especially knowing I have a long road trip coming up! Again, I now have the inconvenience of having to book in another service to have this done. But I certainly won’t be booking it in at MyCar.

Put new tires on, balance/ wheel aligned well.

Postponed due to cyclone. Rocked up at revised agreed time. Wasn’t on their books. They slotted me in. I gave a list of things needed to be done. Which anlso missed getting onto their books… Everything was done and it came in under my allotted budget which is always good for the modern day household. The lads at this location are ALWAYS super friendly, helpful and polite. This is the second car in 2 months to have been serviced here. (Have been coming here for 3 years.)

Exceptional customer service. I got my dates mix up when booking, the staff on the front counter were so understanding and accommodating.
I will continue to Mycar at Coomera for all future car services.

I was happy that I could change the appointment for service due to illness and hospital admission of my wife.
I was prepared for the cost as I was advised in advance of the amount so could make arrangements.
Reception was goo and timely.
Only disappointment was that a significant amount of grease was left on the drivers side front bumper which was as a result of the mechanic leaning over into the engine bay. This came off easily but I was disappointed that final inspection did not pick up the grease pattern.

David helped me out throughout whole car services and followed up for recommendation. He is so professional, helpful and made my whole experience very great.

Great service. I phoned Saturday morning and was booked in same day. 4 new tyres and wheel alignment. So quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

Not recommended, 3 attempts to get the right parts for rear brakes, 3 attempts at correcting the fitting of the brakes which led to the handbrake not working properly and it's still not 100% right. Lost all faith in them.

I’d give 0 stars if I could.
Do yourself a favour and take your car elsewhere.

Great communication, easy booking and pick up process and lovely staff

I booked my car in for a service via the online booking system and paid in advance. Unfortunately when I went to collect it at the agreed upon time, I was informed that the service had not even been started. I would have appreciated a call or text earlier in the day, letting me know about this and asking me what I’d like to do (wait longer or rebook), but there was no communication at all. A wasted day! We sought a refund and are taking our vehicle elsewhere.
