Terrible experience

I recently had serviced my Mazda in MyCar Edmondson Park.
Upon delivery the fuel cap was open.
When driving for a few kms on the M5 i can hear a noise coming from the engine.
I had to stop and see whats happening. Could not find anything on that spot.
When I get back home, I did a thorough check and find out that the air filter box was not fitted properly!
Who knows what has been sucked into the engine !!!

I have fixed that myself and then checked what else was wrong. I found that the engine oil visibly seems higher and windscreen washer pan was bone dry.

I had overall good experience using MyCar for servicing my cars, but this time it was not acceptable.

I called the store and requested for a refund, store person advised to bring the car back to the store so they can check, but denied for a refund.
