Ray Luke and Anthony at mycar elanora really went out of their way to make this the best tyre service I have had in a very long time. When I was leaving they where also going out of there way to help an older female customer who had a problem with a puncher she went form stressed to all smiles with the advice and service the team provided. I give them the highest recommendation.

I found Elanora office of “My Car” very helpful & efficient in conducting my regular 6 monthly log book service. I was kept informed & contacted prior to any additional work which they suggested needed to be done. I was very happy with the service provided. which was given by the Manager “ Ray.”

So the strip and fit was carried out (unlike the last time when I asked but no strip and fit was carried out) and a new tyre fitted with no trouble, but upon collecting my vehicle I found greasy hand and finger marks on all four doors and the tail gate. Why would you need to open and close the passenger doors? I can understand the tailgate and drivers doors but why would you be touching the other doors and why wouldn’t you wipe off the marks if you’ve put greasy marks on a customers car. This is the second poor experience I’ve had in a row with you guys. My wife and I will be taking our vehicles elsewhere from now on.

Ray is great ! Had my car in a few times recently and he has organised parts on the spot and completed job same day. He has also beat most quotes I have compared with my car to other mechanics. 👍

I’ve been taking my car to MyCar Elanora for years and honestly can’t fault them. The team always take the time to explain what’s happening and what’s been done, without confusing industry jargon.

They’ve provided me with a range of cost-effective options for tyres and any other work my car has needed, and I’ve always felt confident I was getting the best advice.

What I really appreciate is that they’re happy for me to pop back in whenever I need a quick check — whether it’s for peace of mind or when a pesky dash light comes on.
