Chris was very helpful
Chris was very helpful, I had car trouble in NT and drove from there back to townsville so Chris could look at my car even though they were busy he made time to see me and due to car being diesel and need work they recommend a reliable mechanic to fix it.

Always helpful and honest
Always helpful and honest! So much so I got my Father to go to Mycar to get his car serviced.

Nice people,
friendly, fast and efficient. Several weeks before booking the service to replace my tires at the Fairfield location, I had an unrelated valve steam leak on my spare tire (while driving with a deflating tire), so I was in a tight spot. I dropped by at a different location without appointment (Townsville Shopping Center), and they replaced the valve steam on my spare wheel free of charge despite being booked solid. Was a really nice touch. Thank you guys!

Mixed review
The service was efficient and quick. However, the attitude of the staff (front desk) was undesirable and for this reason, I would not return to this branch.
