The book in was seamless as was roadworthy that was done within the time I was told. Later that day I was still at Stocklands and when I was ready to leave the car would not start (I knew the battery was not 100%). I went to MyCar and asked if they could get me started. Without hesitation they attended to my car that even with a battery pack was not starting. Eventually the motor did spring to life but it was noticed the attachments to the battery were loose. I was told to drive to the workshop where they tightened the connections. I offered to pay for their time but that was refused. Being able to drive home without having to call the NRMA was a gift. Many thanks the the guys at Forster MyCar. They went above and beyond!

It was very poor service..the guy at the counter was arguing with the mechanic out the back of the work shop..I waited over 2 hours for a rego check to be told I need two new front tyres because they are worn on the inside..I have seen 3 mechanic shop since the rego check was done and they all said I didn't need new tyres yet..I will not be going back again and will be telling others not to either.. no wonder they go through staff everything we go there different people are working there all the time..

They drove me home as they expected a 4 hour service period, and picked me up after it was finished, saved me a long wait. Very pleased with the result.
