Again I felt heard and given honest advice, not over serviced and with great communication and respect. I feel they are trustworthy, that seems so rare.
The free roadside assistance (which I was dubious about) is also excellent.

Car service good, customer service no so much
For the last 20 years, I’ve brought all of my cars to be serviced at this centre. As such, I have engaged with several centre managers and have generally received excellent customer service. However, this time the customer service wasn't so great. I was dismissed, relegated to my place, and bumped in favour of customers whose time was clearly deemed to be more valuable than mine. Very disappointing.

Useless & incompetent
unable to fix a simple puncture - their excuse was its too close to the sidewall. They indentified a tire molding recess as a puncture, totally ignored the nail in the tire which was the actual cause of the puncture.
Ended up fixing it myself with a $20 tire plug kit from Repco. I won't be going back & would not recommend them to anyone.
