Having taken my vehicle from the expiry of the original warranty to have its first service with MyCar, I am delighted with the service provided. The timing was excellent and the service staff were easy to deal with and understanding.

A big shout out to the kind staff at Mycar Tyre & Auto,
Helensvale. Some clown decided to brake my rear vision mirror on my car. Probably because they could!
Thank you to the staff for putting this back together for me in a very short time with no charge!

I found the fixed price servicing very reasonably priced, whilst resolving other issues, like a leaking tyre, for no additional fee.

Barry was so patient with my problems and helped heaps and my car goes smooth as.

When booking 3 days prior I was told that to change the tyre and have a look at the faulty boot latch would be 1 hour.
When I arrived I was made to feel like this was an unreasonable request.
The man (in his late 50’s?) said it couldn’t be done in that time but he’d try and see what he could do.

I made sure to write my contact number on the printout when I dropped the car off however I never got a message. So I waited the full hour until coming back to see what was going on. However my husband who was at work later informed me that he got a message after they had had the car for only 30 minutes (clearly not bothering to check the boot latch). When I returned they confirmed they had ‘not been able to’ do this.

The spare tyre which I had put on the car due to the flat had been dumped loose in the boot instead of being secured back in its housing on the outside under the car.

I went back in to complain about this the younger guy behind the counter organised the 2 workers (man in his 50’s and someone who looked like he was a young apprentice?) to go back out and resolve this.
Miraculously they were then able to check the boot latch and provide me with some information within 5 minutes.

To have my spare tyre dumped in the boot for me to have to deal with was incredibly rude. Showing a lack of care and general disrespect for me as a customer.

Not bothering to initially look at the boot latch despite clearly having the time further exemplified this.

We will never use MyCar again and will be informing friends and family of our negative experience.

When my car broke down it was towed to Mycar who accepted it and looked at it a day later. It needed a new part and after checking with me the part was ordered and fitted a couple of days later. I got my car back in record time and it is running perfectly.

Dropped off a wheel with a flat tyre. They quickly advised repair cost. Turned up next afternoon. They even put it back on the car for me. No booking required.

Excellent service throughout. Informed of the cost and the time it would take.
Received car back ahead of time, I have been using Mycar at Helensvale for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else
