Great service with friendly staff, reasonable pricing, highly recommended

The staff at MyCar Helensvale were wonderful service 10/10 I was kept up to date about my car as I was so worried the air bag light would not go off. They order the part and fixed what was required because of the holiday s they were really busy but keep me up to date at all times. So WONDERFUL SERVICE.

Great, friendly service, fast turn around around. Very happy with everything.

I had four new tyres fitted, but after the replacement they look dirty, almost like old ones.

I was lucky to get in for a service on the Saturday before Xmas. Not only did they do a service, wheel alignment, brakes front and back, battery, all without a complaint at how busy they were. And I know as I saw so many customers when I dropped off my car and picked it up. All of them worked tirelessly. I'm so happy Helensvale is where I go every time.

Rang them up and got in on the same day, got wheel rotation, alignment and balance and my car is driving amazingly. No more shakes or veering to one side. Thanks guys I will use you from now on.

I dealt with Barry and he was amazing. He did my service early as he knew I needed my car to take an elderly neighbour to a dental appointment that day. I am so appreciative of that consideration. He also did everything else I had asked him to do as well. He is a pleasant person to interact with and the mechanics do a great job. Didn’t inform us rear brake light not functioning. Called up Elanora and they fixed on the spot for free

THEY MADE IT EASY TO BOOK MY CAR IN AND EXPLAINED EXACTLY HOW THEY WOULD PROCEED TO FIX THE MISS IN MY ENGINE. THEY EXPLAINED THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND THE PARTS REQUIRED TO FIX IT. THEY DID RING ME, EXPLAINED WHAT PARTS WERE NEEDED AND THE PRICE OF THE REPAIR. THEY RAND MEC WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS AGREED AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY FOR PICKUP. WHEN I ARRIVED, THEY SHOWED ME THE PARTS THEY HAD REPLACED AND KINDLY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE BECAUSE I AM A SENIOR. tHE CAR IS NOW RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

Job finished when they said. Rang when ready. Very friendly. All went well. I would have given a 5star but alignment should have been mentioned on line and not having to pay for it when job done. This would be across the board not isolated to Helensvale.
