A little late with pick up but otherwise great service

Despite of doing online booking. Oil filter was not available, ordered from somewhere, caused more than 1hr of delay, I don't think wiper fluid was filled, no test drive done. Overall not satisfactory.

I Called on Monday asking if I could leave my car on Tuesday evening to be serviced Wednesday morning, I parked it in the Space closest to the garage impossible to miss left the key on the tyre. Go back to pick it up Wednesday afternoon they said they were expecting me at eight. My car has been sitting there all day. Hasn’t been done. All I wanted was a rego check. They start doing the check and now all of a sudden need to buy two tyres and get a realignment. No discount was offered and was an hour late to the next thing I had on. All because no one questioned why there was a car parked in there marked parking spots.

Just not keen where they parked my car after, it was parked in the general carpark spot next to trolleys (not in the trolley bay)
Why can’t they park it outside their shop there were 4 spaces empty

Paul was very helpful from the initial phone call on Fri to Sat when my headlight was fixed.

The staff were friendly and they communicated what needed to be done clearly. They responded well to my concerns about my car when I put it in for service and checked what I spoke to them about and let me know how it went.

The price was okay. The customer service was great, including free chocolates.

Great service in a timely manner. Did what was requested and advised sensible extra items necessary to ensure safe driving. They are my choice for car maintenance!

Disappointed with the tyre repair and replacement service. I gave my car at Hornsby Mycar Tyre and Auto for flat tyre problem. I got a call after 1 hr they told me that it not repairable. So tyre replacement is requirement. So I opted for replacement of all 4 tyres and they gave me price of all brands not the tyre size and specification cost. I opted for Bridgestone brand. Mycar tyre auto fitted the tyre low price spec tyre Bridgestone Ecopia EP300 185/55R15 82V (ECO) - range $218-$225 compare to other store price and charged me high price spec tyreBridgestone Potenza RE-71RS 185/55R15 82V (range $270 to $280). I have asked why it is expensive compare to other stores. He had already invoiced and he can't change the price with is annoying. Also mycar tyre and auto had an offer if we buy 4 tyre wheel balance fitting charges are included by they had charged me wheel allignment $89. They had replaced all 4 tyres $280 each. I strongly recommend not to repair your car at mycar tyre and auto. Mechanic should have explained specification of tyres and its price. He just told me brand name not a tyre specification price which is disappointment.

I had a great experience getting my car's brake light changed at mycar Tyre & Auto - Hornsby. The team (Danny) was efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly. The excellent customer service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable mechanic. I’ll definitely be back!

While the quality of checking the car is satisfactory, my experience was not so positive: firstly, while I was the first in line to be served, the guy went straight to people behind me to serve them first; secondly, when picking up the car, the guy in the front was on the phone for 10 minutes before attending to me; thirdly, the hornsby office smells very smoky, almost too strong, it would have been someone smoked there.

Parking fees were charged when leaving the gate. I hope they will offset it next time.
All other correspondence was fine.
