Having been at the Innaloo Mycar Tyer & Auto Service, Innaloo, a number of times, I have always found the staff, as much as they are always busy, they have always been polite attentive, and I have confidence as to hand over my car to them.

Staff friendly and very helpful, fitted me in on short notice job well done

Helpful and experienced assistant when ordering the tyres to ensure I bought the tyres best for me. Drop-off was easy and the car ready to go when they had estimated.

Team did everything they said they would do. Only criticism I would have was when I went to pay in cash, there was not sufficient change available to complete the transaction.

My car was serviced and everything checked to ensure smooth operations. The staff were very nice and helpful. My car was ready before the appointed time, thank you. When I went to collect my car was driven around to where I was waiting.

The mechanical work was 5 star, especially with the short notice. So I appreciate that.

The problem, is this is the second wheel alignment I have paid for through MyCar...and both times the camber wasn't adjusted. My car has too much positive camber which has caused pretty extreme tyre wear. The tyres are less than 6 months old and now have way more uneven tyre wear than they should. The first alignment I had issues with - the steering wheel wasn't straight. So I took it in and they did another alignment under warranty. Then I got another alignment after this mechanical work. That's x3 alignments in total and the camber wasn't adjusted on either occasion. You can literally see visually that the camber is out, it's that bad. You're guys just did the basics. I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back.

Customer service is fantastic. After we explained that we were just about to drive off on vacation, the guys were able to fix a puncture while we waited on a busy Monday morning. They even replaced a faulty brake light for no charge.
