Today I was in Lilydale with 2 of my…
Today I was in Lilydale with 2 of my Grandchildren and I noticed I had a flat Tyre. I walked over to My Car and asked if they could fix my tyre. He said he could do it straight away. He took the tyre off, took the nail out, repaired it and put it back on. It only took him 15 mins. And he didn’t even charge me. I’m so grateful to him for doing this for me.

I needed 4 tyres supplied and fitted…
I needed 4 tyres supplied and fitted urgently , with out an appointment , the team were able to fit me in , not only did they fit and balance my tyres , they also packed up my jack and tools I used to change my tire that I had left loose in the back of my car and put them back in their storage position.

The process of booking my EV in online was a bit painful as BYD use Mycar for log book services but the websites are not integrated properly.
I had to enter my details twice.

I dropped off my car without an appt as…
I dropped off my car without an appt as the turbo was faulty. the staff dealt with it in a timely manner. They kept me informed all the way threw and explain/ showed me what was wrong with my car.
