Car had work done but found one more item to be fixed they did it on the same day instead of me having to rebook

Ive had to take my car to another mechanic to get it checked as my car said there was a knock on the engine.
I took it to another mechanic and they mentioned that the air filter box and some of the components on top of the engine cover has to been bolted down properly there fire causing it to have a knock and noise in my engine. Now I have pay more money to get it fixed something that My Car should of checked there work once they had finished

The customer service and education given

I paid for an “Essential Plus” service at Mycar Loganholme — including a battery replacement and full inspection. The battery was never replaced, brake fluid was low, wiper fitted bent, and air filter never checked. Their website promises these are part of the service, but the store denied it!

When my car broke down, I was told to drive back in, losing work time and school runs — all because of their mistake.

If you use Mycar, double-check every item they claim to include. What’s advertised and what’s delivered don’t always match.
