Quick, professional, friendly and professional.

With a puncture to one of my tyres, and running on the spare, I called mycar at Mt Ommaney to sort out a puncture repair. Despite being very busy with bookings, they very kindly managed to fit me in for a repair that same day. With the tyre successfully repaired, I was on my way again promptly. Excellent and friendly service as always from the team at mycar Mt Ommaney!

I’m happy with the service that I received on the day, yesterday, although the time quoted was considerably off. We were told we’d be able to pick the car up at 2:30 but it was almost 3:30 when I got the text to say that I could collect the car.

What I am VERY unhappy with is that I have just found out that my dashcam was disconnected. Not just switched off, but actually unplugged, and not reconnected. It is only by the grace of god that I haven’t discovered this situation as a result of needing dashcam footage as proof in a bad situation.

I want to be very clear about this, if you interfere with someone’s property in the course of your work you return that property to its original state when you had their vehicle to them. It should NOT be incumbent on the vehicle owner to finish your technician’s job for them.

I haven’t been to myCar for many years since purchasing my last 2 new cars and was going to the dealership for servicing. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service on the phone and at Mt Ommaney and the ease of booking in at the last minute to purchase and fit 4 new tyres.

Bad experience!
Got two new tyres as was travelling to Gold Coast and wanted to be safe. On way back heard a weird noise, luckily I had someone in my car that figured out what it was. They hadn’t tightened the wheels back on properly I’m so very lucky they didn’t fly off. They also left my car unlocked and break not on in car park when I went to pick up car.
Since this happened and I have told lots people and there is so many bad stories people have told me about the same situation or worse. Beware!
