Great trustworthy service
Great trustworthy service, its my second visit to this Mount Waverley store. This time I called in without an appointment as I had a flat tyre the night before. The wonderful man I dealt with assisted me straight away and a few hours later I returned to have the fixed tyre refitted by again another friendly staff member. As a female I'm always reluctant when getting any car repairs for fear of over paying however I have never felt like this with Mycar Mount Waverley. Thank you for your amazing service!

I was very happy with the Staff who put a lot of effort in getting my Ford Falcon up and running. They were kind and understanding and were helpful as they were working under difficult circumstances at that time due to overworked staff and staff on sick leave. I was very grateful for their efforts.

Rick coordinated the service and kept me updated as things changed - having found a couple of other issues with the car. I liked the fact he came to the call ready to answer my questions and with a couple of clear options. I've used this team a number of times now and it has been very convenient and easy.

Full star rating for Rick.
Rick helped my grandmother start her car on a hot school day. Rick was really helpful and insisted on not charging my grandma at all for helping her! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Broken wheel alignment
I got my 4 tires replaced.
The guy suggested doing the wheel alignment and I paid for it.
Within one week, I found that my car is pulling to the left while the steering wheel is centered, which I never got this issue before.
Revisit them and didn't get any solution.
