Pink slip was done promptly but they did not pass my vehicle for an issue that the car has had that past 4 years and has been passed each year as issue does not effect the driving/impact safety road worthiness of the car. Last year I did pink slip at the exact same Mycar and it passed with no concern.

Since leaving yesterday and having…
Since leaving yesterday and having wheels changed I have lost 3 hub caps. I have driven once and all 3 have fallen off. The workers were efficient however spoke in a patronising manner presumably as I am a young female - not a great experience

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. As a young women I often feel anxious to take my car to the mechanic. I’ve had awful experiences previously. The team at Oyster Bay are incredible. I feel confident and completely trust the team here. Every time I have gone the service has been fantastic. I recently had a service and all 4 tyres replaced, great reasonable pricing and honest opinion and work from the team.I recommend everyone in my family take their cars there.
