This is now the second car I’ve brought to MyCAR Oyster Bay. I was bringing my Yaris since 2018 and then I swapped to a Mitsubishi ASX last year. My parents get their cars serviced here too. MYCAR can deal with all car brands and models, everyone in my family is happy with this service and this is why we keep coming back every year.

I appreciate the straightforward, no-nonsense approach to servicing vehicles.
I admit there are more convenient mechanic locations in the Sutherland Shire but I choose to go to Oyster Bay because I know Rob and the team will do what’s right.

Rob and his team are quick at diagnosing issues and provide clear explanations of the necessary repairs. No mechanic mumbo jumbo which I’ve gotten at other places. When I bring my car with any issue, it is sorted out the very same day and if there’s any dramas, they keep you updated over the phone.

This mechanic prioritises safety and honesty and will do what is necessary for the vehicle’s safety and performance.

I have tried other mechanics and what I like about the team here, is that it never feels like they’re trying to upsell random services that don’t make sense. I always feel like I’m in good hands.
If a suggestion is made, it’s because it’s the right thing to do for the vehicle.

Quick and streamline service - dropped the car off for a safety check and it was completed in a timely manner.
