BE CAREFUL WHEN HIRING THIS COMPANY OF THIEVES. I took my car to a routine service and Nil called me to sell me a thousand more things, including changing the coolant (which I said no because it was clean and fine). A week later I had to travel and I checked the coolant and IT WAS WATER, which they had already removed the coolant liquid when they offered me the change and when I said no, they put regular water in it. In the middle of the trip, that caused me overheating problems because the water boiled. Two different mechanics confirmed to me that what my car had was water. They are thieves, liars and irresponsibles, in addition to wanting to sell you things that your car does not need.

Outstanding service
The team always provides a great service. They contact you to chat through your service and options and take the time to explain what's needed and why. Used these guys for years for all of my cars and have no plans on changing.

Highest of Quality Customer Service at Pagewood
What makes for this high rating is the amazing Front of House Manager (Rod?) at Eastgardens. Always friendly, fair, approachable and accomodating. Rod? truly deserves acknowledgement and reward for his outstanding committed to high quality customer service. Also special mention to all staff at Eastgardens they all do a great job.
