The technicians misinformed us for extra $$$
The technicians misinformed us on our service convincing us that we needed a wheel alignment as the tyres were over worn/damaged and would require replacement by end of year if not done.
We had to rebook in to get this wheel alignment done and pay $89 but when given the wheel alignment paperwork the wheels were only out of alignment by less than 1mm. I reported this back to the manufacturer and a mechanical engineer who both confirmed that everything was in normal range and I was ripped off. The wheel alignment was an unnecessary charge.
This is very upsetting both financially and as a waste of my time. I was there for a couple of hours plus travel time. Had to take the day off work.
I will be contacting the service centre for a refund.
