Unannounced tyre change - screw and nail.
I had a screw in my tyre and went in to ask them to fix it on Christmas eve! They also found a nail in my tyre which made the tyre a write off. It was replaced straight away under warranty and I was on my way in about 20 minutes! The service is great in Queanbeyan!

The team at mycar are always awesome. Flexible with my booking, called to update and a text to let me know when work was complete...earlier than expected. Friendly staff gave recommendations for electrical services they couldn't perform.

The booking on the phone was easy and the staff member (Mitch) was pleasant and helpful. It was a standard service, however when they identified issues outside the service parameters, they contacted me straight away to see if I wanted them included. Cannot fault the service at all and the friendly and helpful staff.
