Fix the problem
Fix the problem, if not the first time the second time. Don't leave repair to just before collection time then ask to leave it over night and another full day? Have skilled mechanics carry out the work or at least properly unskilled mechanics.

Recently had tyres replace under warranty which is great. However they charged me for wheel alignment which I thought was a bit cheeky.

Booking online was easy
Booking online was easy, easy drop off and pick up.
Mechanic made his recommendations without being too pushy and then we were on our merry way. Saturday hours also worked with my schedule well.

George was excellent
George was excellent. He identified the issue with my car overheating very quickly and was able to fix it on the day even though he had a lot of other work on that day. He did a great job with the repairs.
