Meant to be ready by 11:15 a.m. but not until 2:00 p.m. Time unsuitable for pickup. No windows cleaned, no tyres blacked. Kept waiting 10 to 15 minutes to pick up car even though all prepaid. Very disappointed

Efficient, set price service.
Booking the service, drop off and pick up is all dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Set price, no surprises. They do not "over service" but will note any issues to watch and advise when action is necessary.
